• Any one of the Subjects is mandatory for Class 12( Chemistry/Computer Science/Biology/Biotechnology)
• Or 
• 3-year Diploma program from an AICTE approved Institute.
• Or
• Qualified B.Sc from a recognized Institute with Maths as the compulsory subject in Class 12

BTech {lateral }

• Qualified the Diploma exams (10+3) in any Technical or Vocational stream from a State recognized Institute.

BCA {Bachelor in Computer Applications}

• Qualify the Higher Secondary or any equivalent exam from a recognized Board

BBA {Bachelor of Business Administration}

• Qualify the Class X and Class XII exams from a recognized Board with 50% marks.

Postgraduate courses:

M.Tech {Computer Science Engineering}

• Qualify BE/BTech/BSc/MSc exam from a recognized Institute that is approved by AICTE.
• GATE exam scores accepted.

MBA {Master of Business Administration}

• Qualify Class X and Class XII exams from a recognized Board with 50% marks.
• Qualify Graduation in any stream from a recognized Institute.
• Scores of entrance exams like CAT, XAT, CMAT accepted.

Sri Krishan Institute of Engineering and Technology which is also known as SKIET is located in Kurukshetra, Haryana. The campus of SKIET is huge and has a total area of 23 acres. The surroundings of the Institute are beautiful with greenery all around and this provides a favorable environment for the students to study.

Sri Krishan Institute of Engineering and Technology has in-campus hostel facilities for both boys and girls. The hotels are conveniently located close to the Staff quarters and offer safe and secure conditions for the students.

The SKIET hostel has separate accommodation for both boys and girls and is located within the college campus itself. The rooms are spacious and properly ventilated. Each room is well furnished with electricity and hot water facilities. 

The hostel follows a set of rules and regulations to make the stay of the students hassle-free and enjoyable. Proper discipline is maintained within the hostel and action is taken against the students who flout the rules.

List of hostel regulations:

• Outsiders are not allowed within the hostel and cannot stay with the students without permission from the authorities.
• Mess rules must be followed and the students must arrive at the hostel mess in proper uniforms. Students are not allowed to dine outside the hostel mess except for medical reasons.
• Smoking or drinking is prohibited within the hostel campus.
• Students staying in the SKIET hostel must keep their belongings in a secure way. Loss or theft of any items will not be the responsibility of the hostel authorities.
• Students can go home during the weekend with special permission from the hostel authorities and by signing the register.
• The hostel timings for the boy's hostel is 10 pm while the timings for the girl's hostel is 7 pm. No student is allowed to stay outside the hostel after the given timings.
• Hostel fees are not refundable.
