Sri Krishan Institute of Engineering and Technology (SKIET)is one of the top Engineering and Management colleges in Kurukshetra, Haryana. This college is approved by the All India Council of Technical Education (AICTE). The college is affiliated to Kurukshetra University and is referred to as one of the top Institutes to offer Technical Education in Haryana. It is also one of the important Colleges of BTech in Kurukshetra.

Sri Krishan Institute of Engineering and Technology not only provides quality education but also offers placement opportunities in reputed organizations. The main aim of the Institute is to provide industry-based knowledge and skills to the students that will help them to chart a successful career path.

SKIET was established in the year 1997 by professionals who have sufficient expertise in the relevant fields. The Institute was set up with the help of Shri Krishan Education Trust, Kurukshetra. The Institute is also a part of the Dev Bhoomi Group of Institutions, Dehradun since 2010.

The Institute has a huge campus of 23 acres with hostel facilities for both boys and girls. The campus is located in Rattan Dera Road in Kurukshetra and is well connected to nearby places with an efficient transportation system. The campus is also well equipped with a library, wifi, medical facilities, transportation, a computer center, and a cafeteria.

Sri Krishan Institute of Engineering and Technology offers undergraduate degree programs in BTech. It also provides MTech courses and Master of Business Administration courses.

SKIET infrastructure and facilities

Hostel 

Sri Krishan Institute of Engineering and Technology offers hostel facilities for both boys and girls. The accommodation for boys and girls is separate and is located within the college campus itself. The staff quarters are located close to the hostel and there is 24-hour security and surveillance within the hostel premises.

Sports 

SKIET has well-maintained sports facilities for the students. There are football, cricket, and basketball grounds within the campus. The college has indoor auditoriums for table tennis and badminton. There are also cemented courts for lawn tennis and basketball. The Institute arranges regular sports activities and competitions for the students and they also participate in intercollegiate tournaments.

Computer

The college has a state of art computer center consisting of computer labs and a large number of computers for the students. The college has high-speed internet throughout the campus and broadband services are provided by BSNL.

Library

The college has a spacious and well-maintained library that provides all the necessary resources to the students in the form of books, journals, videos, magazines, and electronic databases. 

Medical

The Institute has medical facilities that are available round the clock for its students. There is a health center and a registered medical practitioner associated with SKIET to help sick or injured students.
