World Institute of Technology Karnki Course Fees Structure 2024-25

World Institute of Technology (WIT) Sohna Eligibility Criteria:

Eligibility For B.Tech Programme

• The candidate must have a minimum of 45%  (40% for Reserved category candidates) of aggregate marks in the main subjects of Physics, Chemistry, and Maths.
• The candidate must be passed in all subjects in 10+2 examinations from any recognized Board.
• The candidate must have taken Physics, Chemistry, and Maths as the main subjects in 10+2

Eligibility for B.Tech Lateral Entry

• The candidate must have obtained a minimum of 45% marks in 10+2 examinations from any recognized board.
• The candidate must have studied Physics, Chemistry, and Maths as main subjects in 10+2 examinations
• The candidate must be graduated in B.Sc Course from a UGC recognized university with minimum 45% marks in final examinations(40% for reserved category Candidates)

Eligibility for M.Tech Students

•  The candidates must have done B.E/B.Tech or must have any equivalent degree in the streams such as Electronics and Communication Engineering/Electronics Engineering / Electronics and Telecom Engineering with a minimum 50% of aggregate marks (45% for SC/ST categorized students) along with a valid GATE Score. Such students will be given first preference during the admission process.
• The second Preference will be given to the students who have B.E/B.Tech degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering/Electronics Instrumentation and Control Engineering/ Applied Electronics and instrumentation Engineering/ Electrical Engineering / Instrumentation and Control Engineering/ Instrumentation Engineering/ Control Engineering/ Mechatronics/Biomedical Engineering with a minimum of 50% of aggregate marks in the Final examinations along with a valid GATE score.
• The last preference will be given to the applicants who have completed their M.Sc in Electronics with a minimum of 50% of aggregate marks, M.Sc in Physics with Electronics as a specialization, and 50% of aggregate marks in the final examination with a valid GATE Score.

Eligibility for Diploma in Engineering (Polytechnic)

• The candidate must have a passing certificate of 10th standard from any recognized board.

Diploma Lateral Entry Eligibility

• The candidate must have a minimum of 35% marks in the qualifying examinations.
• The candidate must have completed 10+2  from any recognized board or university.
• Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics are the mandatory subjects in the 10+2 curriculum

Bachelor of Business Administration Eligibility

• The candidate must have completed their 10+2 from the Board of School Education Haryana, Bhiwani, or any other recognized board with a minimum of 45% of aggregate marks.
• The candidates who have completed a 3-year Diploma in any subject are also eligible to get enrolled in this course.

Eligibility Criteria to take WIT Admission 2024 in all Courses:

World Institute of Technology Application Process 2024-24:

The students who want to take admitted in the World Institute of Technology can apply for admission through offline mode. The students can visit the official website of the College i.e https://www.wit.net.in/ and download the application form from the website.

Please follow the following steps to download the WIT Application form :

1. Visit the official website https://www.wit.net.in/

2. Click on the tab "Academics".

3. After that you will see the option "Admission Form", Click on the option.

4. Now, you will be redirected to a pdf of the Admission form, Download the application form.

5. Take a printout of the form and Fill up the form with all the required details like Name, Last qualification, The course you are applying for, and other qualification details asked in the application form.

6. Please make sure to attach the photocopy printouts of the required documents as asked in the application form.

7. After filling up the admission form and attesting the copies of required documents, please enclose a demand draft of Rs 500 in favor of the World Institute of Technology (Which is the application fee amount). 

8. Send your complete application form along with D.D and attested documents to the given address as mentioned at the end of the application form.

World Institute of Technology Placement Scholarships

There is no such Scholarship mentioned on the official website of the WITS. But the college supports the education of Girl Children and every year the college grants the Fee waiving Scholarship to its female Students, in this scholarship the tuition fee of the college becomes minimum, and the amount of the scholarship depends on the Financial Condition and Academic Performance of the student.  Also, for the students who have given an outstanding performance in their 10+2 examinations or other qualifying examination, the college is more likely to offer such students the fee waiving scholarships. On the other hand, if the student wants to take an education loan for their college studies, the World Institute of Technology provides complete assistance in terms of providing the required documents to avail of a loan from the bank.

 College also provides scholarships of Rs 10,000 to the candidates who have secured an impressive score in JEE Main or any other entrance exams. Beyond this scholarship of Rs 10,000 to Rs 20,000 to all the university toppers up to 50th ranks holders.

The college also offers a fixed scholarship amount to the students who belong from the Reserved Category (SC/ST only) :

SC/ST- Scholarship Details:

1. Bachelor in Technology(B.Tech) – Rs 84,100/- per Year

2. Diploma in Engineering (Poly-Technic) - Rs 27,600/- to 30,000/- per year

3. Bachelor in Business Administration (B.B.A) –  Rs 31.400/- per year

4. Master in Technology (M.Tech) - Rs 84,100/- per year

World Institute of Technology has its own; high-quality modern hostels, with round-the-clock security, pleasant surroundings, and delicious food and mess facilities. The campus has separate hostel accommodation for boys and girls. Each hostel has a hostel warden to supervise day-to-day management and discipline with 24 hours CCTV camera surveillance Security. Both AC & Non AC rooms available in the hostel, students can apply for a hostel by filling up the hotel application form. The Hostel has all the necessary facilities required for a healthy and peaceful lifestyle for the students.
