Eligibility Criteria to take Admission in GD Goenka University:

UG Courses

1. Admission in B.Tech programs is provided on the basis of a GATA score(a university-based examination)  followed by a Personal Interview.
2. For BPlan Programme, the candidates are shortlisted on the basis of the qualifying exam
3. To take admission in B.Des courses, the student must qualify for DAT
4. Admissions in the B.Arch course is offered on the basis of their score in the NATA or GATA Exam.

PG Courses

1. To get admission into MBA Programmes, the candidate must have a valid score in CAT, MAT, GMAT or GATA followed by a PI conducted by the university.
2. Admissions into the M.Tech program is provided on the basis of GATA Score.
3. M.Plan Admissions are based on Merit.
4. To take admission in MSc in Design, the candidate must have a valid score in DAT or CEED.

Ph.D. Courses

1. The candidate must secure a valid score in GATA entrance Exam followed by a personal interview round.

PG Diploma Courses

Admission into PG Diploma courses is completely Merit-Based.

GD Goenka University Admission Process 2024:

You can apply for admission in the university for any course if you are eligible as per university’s eligibility criteria, the application form can be accessed by using both modes online as well as offline. To fill the application form offline, you need to visit the university’s admission office and pay an Application fee of Rs 1000 through a DD in the name of University or you can also use any online payment method.

To apply online, Follow the given steps:

1. Visit the official website (www.gdgoenkauniversity.com) and Register yourself on the website by filling the required details (name, mobile no., email address, password etc)
2. A verification code or a verification link will be sent to your registered email address or mobile. Enter the code or click on the link and verify yourself.
3. Now login using the email or mobile no. and password and fill up the application form with required details.

Pay the application fee of Rs 1000 by using any online payment method like netbanking, credit card or debit card.

Now, Upload the required documents in the required format :

• Class 10 mark sheet and certificate
• Class 12 mark sheet and certificate
• Entrance exam scorecard
• Passport-size photographs
• Graduation degree certificate.

4. Click on Submit

GD Goenka University Scholarships:

The university supports the students by providing them financial aid (in the form of merit-based scholarships) for their academic achievement, the scholarship offered to the students is not in cash, a concession is offered to the students on the course tuition fee. The scholarships awarded to the students based on the eligibility criteria as follows:

Haryana Domicile Scholarship:

The students who got merit as per the Haryana Domicile category are also eligible for full or partial fee concession scholarships depending on his/her merit score.

Note: The scholarships mentioned above are only offered for only the 1st year of the course, and continuance/discontinuance of the scholarship will depend on the performance of the student in the 1st year exams. The aggregate percentage will be considered as per the main subjects' score. Scores. Additional subjects like Arts, Physical education, Performing Arts, or any other vocational subject will not be considered. The students are allowed to avail only one type of scholarship, no multiple scholarships can be availed by a student.

The university hostels are laced up with all the facilities necessary for students to live in comfort, there are separate hostels for boys and girls, two, three and four sharing rooms `are available. The hostel provides accommodation to more than 500 students. The hostel area is facilitated with fully air-conditioned rooms, high-speed Internet Connection, Attached washrooms, laundry services, mess facility, and common rooms with Plasma TV and refrigerators.
