The Institute is managed by Kastoori Devi Foundation, Meerut. The Campus is expanded over an area of 10 acres. It is situated at Meerut on New Delhi Kotdwar National Highway, famously known as Mawana Road, just 6 kms from the Meerut Commissioner's Residence.

The lush green campus of ABSS Institute of Technology with sprawling lawns and playgrounds is carefully planned and designed with beautiful site facilities to develop a congenial environment for the students pursuing their studies far from the daily hustle-bustle of city life. The Institute's building consists of three blocks, named after Mahatma Gandhi, Madan Mohan Malviya and Vishvesaraya.
