WBPSC Mains Syllabus 2025:

Candidates who qualify the WBPSC Preliminary exam can appear for the Mains exam. The WBPSC Main exam will consist of six compulsory exams and one optional exam consisting of two papers.The time duration of each paper is 3 hours and the marks allotted to eac paper is 300. Candidates who qualify the preliminary exam have to fill in a separate form for the Main exam.

Candidates who qualify the WBPSC main exam will be selected for the Personality test/Interview round. The interview will be conducted by a Board of unbiased selectors who will question the candidates on current affairs, hobbies, interests,career objectives.
