The Procedure of WBJEE Registration Form 2025:

The WBJEE Application Form 2025 will be available on the official website of WBJEE from October 2025 onwards. The correction facility will also be available for the students for a while so that candidates can correct their mistakes made in the registration form. Below we have mentioned the step-by-step procedure that you can follow to register for the WBJEE Exam 2025.

Steps for Fill up The WBJEE 2025 Exam Form

Step 01

Registration: Candidates are required to visit the official website of WBJEE and click on the registration link where they are supposed to fill in the basic details like:

Candidates Name
Candidates Father Name
Date Of Birth etc.

These details cannot be modified further so fill in properly.

Step 02

Fill out the Registration Form: After filling in the basic details candidates are required to fill in the eligibility details, city, mode of communication, etc.

Step 03

Upload Documents: Candidates must upload the required documents in the prescribed format.

Step 04:

Registration Fee Payment: After filling up all the details successfully, candidates are required to pay the registration fee of Rs 700 via Debit/CreditNetbanking. The registration fee for the reserved category is Rs 500

Step 05:

WBJEE Confirmation Page: After the successful payment, the candidate must review the registration form before submitting it. After clicking on the submit button, the candidate can take a printout for future reference.

Fee Reduction For Ph.D. Students:

The Ph.D. students will have a 40% reduction facility in the registration fee. For doing so the candidate must apply formally to the Chairman and send an application to the Board office by January 31, 2025. They must also attach a copy of their WBJEE confirmation page and PwD certificates. After going through the applicant the candidate will be provided a refund.

If Forgot WBJEE 2025 Application Number:

If by any chance candidate did not remember his. her application number then follow the steps given below:

Login to your account and click on the “Forgot Registration Number” button.
Enter the following details:
Candidate Name
Father Name
Mother Name
Date of Birth
Security Pin

If Forgot WBJEE 2025 Password:

Visit the official website and log in.
Click on the “forgot password button”
Three options will be provided to recover the password:
Using a verification code sent via text message (SMS) to Registered Mobile No.
Using a reset link sent via Email to the Registered Email address.
Use one of the options mentioned above to recover the password.

Correction Of WBJEE Exam Registration Form 2025:

Candidates must fill out the WBJEE Registration Form carefully, to avoid any mistakes. However, the correction facility will be provided to rectify any mistakes. The following fields can be edited after the correction facility is open:

Candidates must make sure that the information provided is true or correct or else the registration form will be rejected.

While uploading the documents make sure that the images that appeared are cleared and not blurred. Forms with poor image quality will be rejected.

Choose your district and exam zone carefully.
