The UPPSC or the Uttar Pradesh Public Service Commission is a state agency that has granted a charter by the Constitution of India. It is authorized to conduct Civil Services Examination for entry-level to various Civil Services of Uttar Pradesh. The commission is regulated by the Uttar Pradesh Public Services Commission Regulation, 1976.
In some UPPSC exams, Hindi has substantial weightage forex - ARO/RO, has a separate paper in Hindi which consists of 60 questions which have to be completed in 1 hour.
In the UPPSC Upper subordinate exam, the number of candidates opting for English as a medium for writing is less than as compared to those who write the mains paper in Hindi. District Basic Shiksha Adhikari, Associate DIOS and Other Equivalent administrative posts, District Administrative Officer
Candidates must possess a PG Degree in any field.

Candidates must possess a Graduation degree in Agriculture
District Audit Officer
Candidates must possess a graduation degree in Commerce
Assistant Controller Legal Measurement (Grade I), Assistant Controller Legal Measurement (Grade II)
Candidates must possess a Degree in Science with Physics or Mechanical Engineering as one subject
Assistant Labour Commissioner
Candidates must possess a Degree in Arts with Sociology or Economics as a subject. Candidates can also graduate with an Arts degree with Commerce or Law as subjects.

The age limit for any position of UPPSC Exam, the candidate must be between the Minimum Age limit of 21 years and Maximum Age Limit- 40 years. The age relaxation is provided for the following categories:

The UPPSC Exam Eligibility is also extended to skilled players or candidates who have certificates or medals in any of the U.P Classified Games, State Government Employees of U.P including Teachers or Staff of the Basic Shiksha Parishad of U.P and Teachers or Staff of the government Aided Madhyathmik Vidyalayas of U.P.
The candidates are selected on the basis of seats available. The number of vacancies are dependent upon the number of seats available.
