Important Instructions related to UPPCL JE Exam 2025:

Candidates will get 3 hours to finish the exam.
The candidates should visit the official website of UPPCL regularly to check the Uttar Pradesh Power Corporation Limited Junior Engineer Exam Date and it is better if they take the printout of the same for their future reference.
The candidates should take their UPPCL JE Exam Admit Card along with them on the date of their examination.

UPPCL JE Exam Date 2025-26: Reservation Criteria

Some of the candidates who are sitting for the UPPCL JE Exam Date 202-221 are also eligible for the Reservation Benefits subject to the following criteria:

UPPCL JE (Electrical) Exam

1. 1. Reservation will be provided as per applicable Reservation Rules to SC, ST, OBC (non-creamy layer), and EWS Candidates who are originally inhabitants of Uttar Pradesh i.e. whose domicile is Uttar Pradesh Only.
  2. SC, ST, OBC, EWS Category of other states & OBC (coming under ‘creamy layer’ of UP) shall have to apply as the Un-Reserve Category Candidate.

Horizontal Reservation of 5% of total vacancy for “Ex-Serviceman (EXSM)”, 3% of total vacancy for Physically Handicapped (PH) (OA/OL/PB/PD only) and 2% of total vacancy for Dependent of Freedom Fighter (DFF) will be provided as per the existing UPPCL Order.

1. Candidates are entitled to the reservation if the Freedom Fighter Person and the Dependent of Freedom Fighter are original inhabitants of Uttar Pradesh (Domicile of Uttar Pradesh only).

UPPCL JE (Civil) Exam

1. Reservation will be provided as per applicable Reservation Rules to SC, ST, OBC (non-creamy layer), and EWS Candidates who are originally inhabitants of Uttar Pradesh i.e. whose domicile is Uttar Pradesh Only.
2. SC, ST, OBC, EWS Category of other states & OBC (coming under ‘creamy layer’ of UP) shall have to apply as the Un-Reserve Category Candidate.
