BITSAT Exam 2019

BITSAT-2019:-

BITSAT (Birla Institute of Technology and Science Admission Test ) 2019 is a University level exam coordinated by BITS, Pilani. It is a computer-based online test which provides admissions to various degree courses offered by the institute. Through this exam, students get admission in BE, B.Pharma & M.Sc courses in various specializations.

Applicants who successfully qualify the exam are offered admission at any of these three campuses– Pilani, Goa and Hyderabad.
The entrance test for BITSAT comprises 150 multiple choice questions (MCQ)  divided into 4 sections and the time duration is 3 hours.
An exciting feature of the exam is if the applicant is able to finish the complete portion of 150 questions without skipping, then they can try an additional 12 questions to score higher.

BITSAT Exam 2019 Overview

BITSAT 2019 application form will release in the third week of December 2018.  It is necessary for the candidates to ensure that they meet the directed eligibility criteria before filling the BITSAT application form.

BITSAT ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA 2019

Qualifying Exam Candidates should have passed 10+2 in the year 2018 from any identified board with Physics, Chemistry and Maths as compulsory subjects.
Minimum Marks Candidate should have secured a minimum 75%in PCM/PCB and also have scored minimum 60% marks in each subject.
Subjects Candidates must have PCM subjects with satisfactory skills in English. However, students with PCM subjects can also apply for pharmacy course.
Appearing Candidates Applicants who will be appearing in 12th exams, session 2019 are eligible for the exam.
Latest performance of the candidate will be considered.
Age-limit There is no defined age group, but the candidates who are appearing in or have passed 10+ 2 can appear in the exam.

Qualifying exam Passed 10+2 from a verified Central board with Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics as compulsory subjects. Sufficient skill in English is also required. The candidate appearing for 10+2 in 2019, is also eligible.
Minimum marks in qualification Scored minimum 75% marks in Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics and minimum 60% in each paper.
