The Uttarakhand Board Class 9th Time table will be arranged by the authorized school and not by the board. The UBSE gives full authority to the schools for conducting  Class 9th exams following all the guidelines of the board. Therefore the school decides on the UBSE Class 9th Time Table.

The UBSE Class 9th Exams are usually held in the month of March or April every year. So, the schools conduct the examination within the given months (March-April).

Please note that UBSE Board doesn't release the Uttarakhand Board Class 9th Time Table on its official website. Therefore you won't be able to find the UK Board Class 9th Datesheet on the official website. You have to obtain it from your school authorities to provide you with the exam date sheet.
