The SHEAT Group of Institutions was established in 2022 in Varanasi, UP, and is governed by Saraswati Charitable Trust The colleges are situated in a pollution-free and green environment on the outskirts of Varanasi. The main vision of the college is to provide employment opportunities to the students of rural areas. It aims at preparing technical professionals with a deeper understanding of technical skills. It not only provides the theoretical knowledge but also practical learning of the subject.

The college is affiliated with Dr. APJ Abdul Kalam Technical University. The college is recognized by the All India Council for Technical Education ( AICTE), National Council for Teacher Education (NCTE), Pharmacy Council of India (PCI), and the Indian Nursing College. The institute offers various unique undergraduate and postgraduate programs.

The college is designed in such a way that the students enjoy the fresh air, clean and green environment, and sports which is essential for a successful academic life for the students. The courses available at the colleges are Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech), Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech.) in Civil Engineering, Bachelor of Education (B.Ed), Bachelor of Physical Education (B.P.Ed), etc. The college also provides postgraduate courses i.e. Master of Technology (M.Tech.) in Computer Science and Engineering, Master of Arts (MA) in Home Science, etc. The faculty members are also well-qualified and well-experienced faculty members.
