1. Eligibility Criteria: Candidates must meet the eligibility criteria set by the National Medical Commission (NMC). 2. Entrance Examination: Aspiring medical students are required to appear for the NEET medical entrance examination for MBBS admission. The entrance test assesses the candidate's knowledge and aptitude in the sciences and serves as the basis for shortlisting applicants.

3. Application Process: After the entrance examination results are announced, NIIMS invites eligible candidates to apply for admission. 1. You would need the 10th and 12th Standard Mark Sheet.
2. You would need a notarized Affidavit on a non-Judicial Stamp Paper of 10rs, in case you take a gap between your 12th examination and MBBS Admission.
3. UP NEET registration form, Admit Card of NEET, and NEET Scorecard.
4. Also, you should have a seat allotment letter that you would have received from the counseling.
5. Domicile Certificate.
6. Proof of address Aadhar Card/ Election Voting Card/ Passport/Driving license, etc.
7. Caste Certificate (if applicable)
8. You should also bring 15 passport-size photos of yours and one passport-size photo of each of your Mother and Father
9. You would also need Migration Certificate/ Transfer Certificate
