Indira Gandhi Delhi Technical University for Women ADMISSION Process 2024-24:

Students who are willing to take admission to the Indira Gandhi Delhi Technical University for Women must check the eligibility and selection criteria before applying to the university. Down below we have mentioned all courses eligibility and selection criteria separately:

For B.Tech

• The basic eligibility criteria for B.Tech is students must have done 10+2 in the science stream from a recognized education board.
• Students have scored at least 60% of aggregate marks in 10+2.
• Along with that, students have to appear in JEE Main entrance examination and score valid marks to get admission to the university. 
• After that students also have to appear in counseling taken by Joint Admission Counselling (JAC). 

For B.Arch 

• Students have to complete their class 12th in science stream(physics, chemistry, and mathematics) from a recognized board.
• And students have to score a minimum score of 60% marks in class 12th.
• The selection of the students is based on the marks of JEE Main entrance examination so they have to secure good marks. 
• After getting selected they also have to appear in counseling sessions for the final selection to the university. 

For BBA

• The basic eligibility criteria for BBA is students have to pass 10+2 in a relevant stream from a recognized board.
• And have to secure good marks in 10+2 because the selection of the students is based on merit and the marks obtained in 10+2. 

For M.Tech 

• Students must have done graduation in a relevant stream from a recognized university.
• Students have to score a minimum aggregate of 60% marks in graduation degree.
• And have to appear in the GATE entrance examination. 
• The selection of the students is based on the marks of the GATE entrance examination. 

For MCA

• Students must have done graduation degree in the relevant stream (BCA/ BIT/ BIS). mathematics has to be one of the main subjects. 
• A minimum of 60% marks should be scored by the students in their graduation degree. 
• The university conducts the CET entrance examination for the students and students must score valid marks in the CET entrance examination.
• As the selection of the students is based on the marks scored in the CET entrance examination. 

For M.Plan 

• Graduation degree must be completed by the students in the relevant stream (B.Arch, B.E/B.Tech in civil Eng. Or B.Planning) from a recognized university. 
• Students should score 60% of marks in their graduation degree for M.plan.
• They have to appear in the GATE entrance examination.
• The student’s election is based on the marks obtained in the GATE entrance examination. 

For Ph.D. 

• Students must have done a master’s in the relevant stream(M.E/ M.Tech/MCA) from a recognized university.
• Students are required to score at least 60% of marks in their master’s degree.
• RAT entrance examination scores are taken into consideration for the selection of the students. 
• In the end, an interview is conducted for the finals selection of the students to the university.

• Firstly, students have to visit the official website of the Indira Gandhi Delhi Technical University for Women in Delhi.
• After that get registered on the website of the university and create your id and password.
