On the side of the homepage, click on the ‘Registration or Register as a student’ link.
The candidate must first select the desired course he or she wishes to pursue or gain admission in.
Fill in all the required details such as the name, gender, academic qualifications, address, etc of the candidate on the registration form.
Upload a scanned photograph of the candidate as the last step. The candidate should keep the same photograph with himself or herself in hard copy as well.
Once done, before submitting the ‘Submit’ button, check the entire registration form for any errors or mistakes in spelling.
You will be taken to a new window, where the registration form payment is to be done. Pay the registration fee.
Once payment is successful, the screen will show a receipt of payment.
Download the receipt for further use.
Once verified, click on ‘Submit’. The preview of your registration form will be visible.
Print out the completed Kannur University Registration Form.
Attach a photograph of the candidate along with it and the receipt of payment and submit the same to the university office.

Kannur University Distance Courses Reservation and Selection Process:

The reservation of seats is in accordance with the regulations of the Government of India. The SC/ST and OEC or OBC candidates are eligible for a relaxation of around 5% to around 10% marks in the cut-off list.

The Kannur University Distance Courses offered in the School of Distance Education are available to students on the basis of their performance in the qualifying examinations. In other words, the candidates interested in pursuing an undergraduate course from the university will be judged on the basis of their marks in the qualifying exam of class 12th examinations.
