Important Guidelines Related to Filing of UP NHM ANM Application Form 2024

Candidates should note that if their application is incomplete i.e. submitted without signature, photograph, or documents, then the concerned authority has the right to reject such type of application on the basis of lack of information.
All the candidates need to submit the application form only through online mode. Applications submitted using any other mode will be automatically canceled and no notification for this will be sent to the candidate.
The applicants need to ensure that all the details are carefully filled online before the closing date. Before exiting the e-portal of the concerned authority, the candidate should verify that the Application Status of the UP NHM Registration Form is “Submitted Successfully”, otherwise the half-filled application shall be assumed as incomplete and will be rejected by the governing body.
