The Staff Selection Commission conducts the SSC MTS Exam every year to recruit eligible candidates for various posts in the central government. The SSC MTS 2025 Exam will be held in August 2025. As we are all familiar with this thing, Paper I is conducted in online mode (Computer Based Test).

The Pattern of the SSC MTS Exam is an objective type comprising four sections i.e. English Language, Quantitative Aptitude, Reasoning Ability, and General Awareness. • You should know your strengths and weaknesses before you go in for the exam.
• First of all, attempt the questions that you know you can do it properly.
• The exam is no time for you to experiment so do not waste time rewriting questions on the rough sheet.
• Candidates are advised to use the rough sheet only for calculations.
• Leave the question that takes longer than 30 seconds to solve. If you are more robust in one subject, for example - general awareness, then allocate less time to that section and give more time to solve vulnerable topics.
• Do not forget - no one can solve all the 150 quests. That's why you only make the same question that you come from well
• You focus first on those questions which you can before the examination and remembering the formula for the quant is very important.
• Do not forget about the 0.25 negative marking for each wrong answer.
