The RRB JE 2025 Application Form will be released on the official website. Candidates must keep checking the latest notification to know about the beginning and end of the Application process.

Candidates must fill in the necessary details of the application form, upload scanned copies of documents, and pay the RRB JE Registration fees to complete the process.

Steps for RRB JE Registration Form 2025

• Download the Application form by visiting the official website of the Railway Recruitment Board.
• Click the “Apply Now” link on the homepage.
• Complete the Registration process by filling in the basic details like email ID and mobile number.
• You will get a one-time login password on your registered email ID.
• Now login to the website by entering the login name and password.
• Click the post that you want to apply for.
• Pay the application fee in the given online mode which is Credit card/Debit Card/UPI. The other modes of payment include payment through e-challan at the SBI Branch and payment through the post office by generating e-challan.
• Fill in the application form with academic details,  personal details, and choice of language in the application form.
• Upload scanned copies of required documents and passport-size photographs in the given format and dimensions.
• Click the declaration box to save and submit the application form.
• Take a print of the application fee for future reference.

Documents Necessary for RRB JE Application Form

• Aadhar Card/Pan Card (as photo ID proof)
• Class 10 and 12 marksheet and Certificate
• Graduation Certificate
• Passport size photograph in JPEG format (size must not exceed 240 KB)
• Signature in JPEG format (size must not exceed 240 KB)
