Steps to fill the PGIMER Application Form 2024:

Step 1: Registration

• Visit the official website of PGIMER - pgimer.edu.in
• Click on the “New Registration” option.
• Read the instructions carefully and hit the "Close" option.
• Enter the required details such as -

1. Name of the applicant
2. Father’s name
3. Mother’s name
4. Date of birth
5. Gender
6. Category
7. Email Id

• Set a password and after that click on the “Continue” option.
• Verify the details in a prefilled confirmation page
• Click on the “Submit” option.
• System generated application number will be sent to the registered email Id/ phone number

Step 2: Fill in the details in the PGIMER Registration Form

1. First of all. Login using the application number and password that has been sent to your email id.
2. Personal information is required to fill in the application form
3. Enter the qualifying exam information
4. Qualifying degree
5. Month and year of passing
6. Month and year of admission
7. Maximum marks
8. Marks obtained
9. Name of the institution
10. Institute recognized by MCI (Yes/No)
11. Date of completion of a 12-month internship
12. Medical registration (MCI/ State MCI)
13. Medical registration number and date
14. Doing/done PG degree (Yes/ No)
15. In government service (Yes/ No)
16. Check the details and tap on the “Submit” option.

Step 3: Upload the required documents
