NEET MDS Registration Form 2026

NEET MDS Registration Form: NEET MDS Online Form is available online from October onwards on the official website of NBE. The NEET MDS Application Forms can only be submitted in the online form not in the offline / printed copy by post. The candidates get one month's time to submit the online form for NEET MDS. Before filling the NEET MDS Application Form 2026, candidates must make sure they have met all the eligibility standards if the board has found that the candidates don’t meet the eligibility requirement. The candidature of the candidate will be rejected.

NEET MDS Application Form: The candidate who has passed his or her final qualifying examination like (BDS or the foreign dental degree recognized by GOI/DCI), or he or she is undergoing 12-month compulsory rotatory internship/ practical training and is likely to complete the same by 31st March can only register themselves for NEET MDS Exam 2026 which is going to be held in December.

NEET will release the registration form for NEET MDS Exam 2026 after the NEET MDS Exam Notification. It is important to fill the NEET MDS Application Form 2026 to take admission in MDS courses offered by the government, private, central, deemed, ESIC and AFMS universities across India.

Steps to Fill NEET MDS Registration Form 2026:

NEET Registration form 2026 can be filled by candidates in online mode only. The steps are as follow to fill the NEET MDS Application Form 2026:

Step 1: Create a Profile

• Visit the official website of NBE
• Navigate to the “NEET MDS tab”
• Click on “Click here for online registration cum scheduling for NEET MDS” under the online service heading
• A new web page will be open just asking you to enter a captcha and click on “Begin my Registration”
• Now fill in all the required details correctly
• Click on Save and Continue

Step 2: Upload Photograph and Signature for NEET MDS Form:

Candidates will be asked to upload the scanned copies of their passport size photograph and signature in the given specifications

For Photograph: Should be a minimum of 132 pixels (width) x 170 pixels (height) For Signature: Should be a minimum of 301 pixels (width) x 132 pixels (height)

For Photograph: Should be a maximum of 207 pixels (width) x 266 pixels (height) For Signature: Should be a maximum of 472 pixels (width) x 207 pixels (height)

Step 3: Fill NEET MDS Registration 2026

• Select the “Nationality cum entrance test - Masters of Dental Surgery” from the dropdown list of exams
• Now carefully read all the exam instructions mentioned and then click on “Continue”
• Now click on “Apply for NEET MDS 2026”
• Fill in the required details correctly
• Click save and continue
• Candidates will reach a page where they will be asked to enter the details regarding alliance – BDS Internship, Additional Education Qualification
• Submit and upload the Photo ID card which will also be carried to the NEET MDS 2026 exam center on the day of the examination
• Click on upload
• Click on “I agree”, save and continue

Step 4: Schedule Examination Location, Date, and Time

• Candidates will now have to schedule the test date, center, and time
• Select preferred NEET MDS exam center from the dropdown list
• Subsequently, choose the date and time to appear for the exam   
• At last, Click to save and then finish

Step 5: Make the payment of the NEET MDS Application Fee
