KVPY Registration Form 2025:

The Indian Institute of Science will be responsible for the commencement of the exam. The KVPY Registration will be started in the month of July and ends in the first week of September. The candidates who are eligible must fill the registration form via online mode only. The registration form will be available for all three streams of students (SA, SX, and SB).

The registration form filling process comprises three steps- Registration, Entering Personal and Academic details and finally making payment. Before applying for the registration process the candidate must ensure that he/she is eligible for the KVPY Registration Process.

Steps to Apply KVPY Registration Form 2025:

Candidates must follow the steps mentioned below to successfully fill the KVPY Registration Form 2025:

1. Visit the official website of KVPY and click on the button “Apply for KVPY Application Form 2025”.
2. Candidate must enter his/her Mobile No., Email ID, Date of Birth, and Password and click on the register button. Remember these credentials to log in again for the KVPY Application Form.
3. Fill the personal as well as academic details in the required space, candidates must ensure that they fill these details carefully.
4. Choose an examination center, upload passport size photo and signature, and other required certificates if necessary.
5. Finally, pay the required fee and take a printout of the registration form for future reference.

Note: Candidate must pay the KVPY Registration Fee via online mode only on the official website after filling in the details. The payment can be done via Credit Card/ Debit Card/ Netbanking. Once the payment is done, no refund will be provided.

The KVPY Registration Fees are as follow:

• For the general category (General/ OBC) candidates: Rs 1000
• For the reserved category (SC/ ST/ PwD) candidates: Rs 500

Documents Required For KVPY Application Form:

Candidates are required to have the soft-copy of the following documents mentioned below to fill the required details in the KVPY Registration Form 2025.

• Valid Mobile No. and Email-ID
• Scanned images of Photograph and Signature.
• Academic Documents.
• Scanned copy of the reservation category (SC/ ST) or medical certificate for PwD in PDF format.
• Credit Card/ Debit Card/ Netbanking details to pay the registration fees.

After completing the registration process, candidates must go through the KVPY Syllabus and KVPY Exam Pattern to start preparing for the examination. Candidates can also refer to the previous year's question papers to get familiar with the types of questions appearing in the KVPY Examination.

Important Points To Remember While Filling KVPY Registration Form 2025:

• A candidate must ensure that he/she fulfills the eligibility criteria.
• A valid email address and mobile number are required.
• A proper internet connection is required.
• Candidates must pay through the only online medium using Credit Card/ Debit Card and Netbanking.
• Candidates applying for KVPY after class 11th must apply under SA Stream.
• Candidates applying for KVPY after class 12th must apply under SX Stream.
• Candidates applying for KVPY in the first year of an undergraduate course must apply under SB Stream.
• After filling the registration details candidates will be given a preview prior to the final submission and the candidates must cross-check all the filled details to make sure they have filled the details correctly.
