The minimum age for a candidate to apply for this post is 17 and the maximum it can be 42 years. There might be relaxation for certain categories in age and those are mentioned you can read them out.
Aspirants from the SC/ST category have a relaxation of 5 years of age.
There will be a relaxation of up to 10 years for the candidates who belong to the PwD categories. (The Haryana police vacancy will not be included in that)
For former servicemen, the break in the service, or the time between the discharge and the commencement of the process of HSSC enrollment is not allowed to be more than three years.

Mechanic |
Hindi or Sanskrit should be one of the subjects at the matriculation level or higher. There is a need of every candidate to have a certificate (two years) from ITI in Refrigeration |
Electrician | Hindi or Sanskrit should be one of the subjects at the matriculation level or higher. There is a need of every candidate to have a certificate from ITI in Electrician/Wireman Trade Candidates must have a work experience of two years in the field of relevance. |
Supervisor | The candidates need to have Hindi or Sanskrit at the matriculation level. Candidates should have a certificate from ITI in Mechanic Vehicles Trade Candidates must have a work experience of two years in the field of relevance. |
Inspector | The candidates need to have Hindi or Sanskrit at the matriculation level. Candidate must have a certificate of graduation from a university that is recognized or has similar qualifications. |
