Steps to fill the ECC Application Form 2025:

For the students, given below are the steps to fill the ECC Registration Form 2025. Have a look.

• Visit the official website of NIELIT (link above in the highlights table).
• Cross the ‘Important’ tab that will appear on your homepage. 
• On the right-hand side of the homepage, you will see the ‘Login’ window. 
• Click below on the ‘New User?’ link. Make sure you have already registered yourself with the NIELIT before registering for the ECC Exam. 
• Select the Certificate Course you are appearing for. 
• Make sure you have read the guidelines and instructions carefully of ORAF before proceeding.  
• A new window will open with your registration form. 
• Start filling it up with the asked details. 
• Upload your recent scanned photograph, the candidate’s signature, and thumb impression to complete the ECC Registration Form. 
• Cross-check again for spelling errors or mistakes. 
• Click on ‘Submit’ to submit your registration form. 
• Your application number will be generated and students should note it down. 
• The application number will be used in the future to log in, see the result, etc. 
• Students should also save, download, and print out the ECC Form 2025 for further use.  
• However, to finally complete the registration process, students will be taken to a new window to pay their online ECC Registration Fee. After successful payment, the registration process is complete.

ECC Exam Application Fee:

ECC Exam fee includes Rs. 1000/- for the exam registration fee and the important study materials which will be provided to every student.

The details required by students to fill in the registration form for the ECC Exam are as follows.

Students will also need to fill their certificate courses at the time of filling the ECC Registration Form 2025. There are a total of four Information Technology certificate courses, namely, O Level (O), A-Level (A), B Level (B), C Level (C). 

O Level (O) certificate course is the equivalent of a foundational course in computer applications. Once students appear for this and pass, only then can they appear for the A-Level (A) certificate course. 

The A-Level (A) certificate course is equal to an advanced diploma in computer applications.

The B Level (B) certificate course is recognized by the Ministry of Human Resources as an equivalent of an MCA degree. Both students and working professionals can pursue this course.  

The C-level Course is designed to provide students with the latest background knowledge in the latest and advanced technologies of the times. It is technically equivalent to an M.Tech in Computer Applications.
