CCC 2019 exam application form

CCC Online Form:

Candidates can get the CCC Application Form from its official web portal. The application procedure is done only through online mode. Before going into the application process, they should go through the Eligibility Criteria and the required documents that you will need when filling out the online form. By the way, there is no minimum required eligibility criteria for the CCC exam. But once, the candidates should read the below content.

Eligibility Criteria for NIELIT CCC:

Candidates who want to apply for CCC exam, they should go through the following three modes. Also, they should know about the eligibility criteria for each mode are indicated against each:

  1. Candidates subsidize by NIELIT approved Institutes are allowed to appear for CCC Course – despite any educational qualifications.
  2. Candidates subsidized by Government recognized Schools/Colleges having obtained a Unique Identity Number (UIN) from NIELIT for conducting CCC – despite any educational qualifications.
  3. Regardless of any academic qualification, without direct applicant (without compulsory course or without government-sponsored school/college).
How to Apply for NIELIT?

Here we are providing proper guidelines that will help students to fill their registration form for the NIELIT CCC exam. Before processing to fill out an application form, candidates will be required to prepare the below-given credentials.

  1. Candidate should have their personal Email ID. it will be required for validations and future correspondence. New updates will also be sent through the mail on your registered mail id.
  2. Applicant should have a personal contact number for receiving updates regarding the application. Time to time, you will also get updates via SMS.
  3. They must have passport size scanned coloured photographs (3.5 cms x 4.5 cms), Signature and Left Thumb Impression (LTI). All things should be in JPEG format and the size should not exceed 50 KB.

Note: Once a candidate submits the application form and fees, then no change will be accepted later.

Application form charges:

  • Rs. 590.00 + GST will have to pay of General Category students.  
  • Rs. 590.00 + GST will have to pay of SC/ST Category students.

Online Application Procedure:

Step 1: First of all, candidates should visit the official website of CCC “”.  

Step 2: Now, click on the “Apply Online” on the right side of the site. A new page will open on the screen with some important link. Here, you need to click on the “Course on Computer Concepts (CCC)” under IT Literacy Programs.

Step 3: As you click on that, you will reach on “Declaration Page”. Tick on the given option and then click on “I Agreed and Proceed” button to continue your application.

Step 4:  After a moment, the application form will be displayed on the screen. Be ready to fill up all the * Mandatory details.

    • Part 1 of the OEAF (Online Examination Application Form): You need to fill up details relevant to your previous candidature of the CCC Examination.
    • Part 2: Candidates need to enter their personal information such as
      • Candidate’s Name
      • Father’s Name
      • Mother’s Name
      • Guardian’s Name (if a  candidate submits the Guardian’s name then he/she also need to upload the requisite affidavit in the prescribed format).
      • Gender
      • Date of Birth
      • Occupation
      • Disability
    • Part 3: Candidates need to submit their contact details.
      • Telephone Number
      • Mobile Number
      • Email Id (Should be personal)
    • Part 4: Applicants have to enter their address details.
      • Address
      • City
      • State
      • District
      • Pin Code
    • Part 5: Enter your previous education details.
    • Part 6: Here, enter your details of the CCC examination cycle applying for, such as
      • Type of the applicant (Direct / approved Institute)b.
      • Examination cycle.
      • Examination Centre choices
  • Part 7: Submit and upload required Identification documents.
      • Aadhar Card Number
      • Scanned Photograph
      • Signature
      • Left-Hand Thumb Impressions.
      • Security Code
  • Part 8: If all the above actions are done then click on the checkbox of the declaration part and hit the “Submit” button.
  • Part 9: If candidates want to make any changes in the form then click on the “Back” button.  Otherwise, click on the “Final Submit”. As you click on that, you will receive the confirmation mail or SMS on your registered Email Id and Mobile no.

Step 5: After submitting an online application, you will have to pay the application fees. You can choose any of the methods to pay the fees.

Rs. 5 for transaction amount up to Rs. 5,000.

Rs. 7 for transaction amount from Rs. 5,001 to Rs 25,000.

Rs. 8 for transaction amount from Rs. 25,001 to Rs 50,000.

Rs. 9 for transaction amount from Rs. 50,001 to Rs 1,00,000.

Step 6: After the successful submission of an online application, candidates can get/download their admit card to appear for the examination.

The below photo ID proof will be required at the examination centre.

  • Voter ID card,
  • Passport,
  • PAN card,
  • Permanent laminated driving licence,
  • Aadhar card,
  • Student identity card with photograph issued by recognised School/College/ITI/Polytechnic,
  • Photo identity card having a serial number issued by Central/State Government,
  • Photo identity card issued by PSU/Autonomous bodies,
  • Nationalised  bank passbook  with a photograph with attested  customer photograph and signature by bank official/manager,
  • Credit cards issued by banks with the laminated photograph,
  • Certificate of Identity having photo issued by a Gazetted Officer or Tehsildar on letterhead
