Nationality
Candidates must be citizens of India/Nepal/Bhutan.\

Candidates must be Tibetan refugees who came to India before 1st January 1962 with the intention of permanently settling in India.

Candidates must be of Indian origin and have migrated from Pakistan, Sri Lanka, East African countries, and Sri Lanka with the intention of settling in India permanently.
