Rajasthan Board Class 9th Exam 2024: Every year it is conducted in March, every candidate must appear in the examination hall with their admit cards. After the completion of the exam, the result will be provided in the form of a scorecard by the respective schools or institutions.

The result has been announced on the official website of the Rajasthan Board and the marks have been calculated by considering three unit tests, a Half-yearly exam, and extracurricular activities.

About Rajasthan Board:

Rajasthan Board of Secondary Education (BSER), is a board for school-level education in the Indian State of Rajasthan. The headquarters are situated in Ajmer, Rajasthan. The board is responsible for designing and developing the course curriculum for all classes and schools.

It is a state agency managed by the State government of Rajasthan, which is responsible for the promotion and development of the education standards in the state. Most of the public schools follow the RBSE guidelines and are affiliated with the Rajasthan Board. Despite Rajasthan, the state of India, being one of the states with the lowest illiteracy rate, every year, around 50,000 to 2 lac students appear for the Rajasthan Board Class 9th exam. The pass percentage is around 75% for both boys and girls.

This is due to the promotion of education in the State by the NGOs and the government. The education and literacy rate in the state has improved by 61%. In the state of Rajasthan, many schools and colleges have opened up in recent times and are changing the face of education. Rajasthan also boasts a wide variety of education modes, from vocational training for classes to polytechnic institutes and technological institutes. The state also provides options for distance learning for school students.

The BSER (Board of Secondary Education Rajasthan) was established in 1957. Apart from the primary role of updating and developing the course curriculum and promoting secondary education, the board is also responsible for conducting examinations and checking them. Apart from conducting class 10th and class 12th examinations, the board also conducts various other examinations, such as Vocational Examination for class 9th.
