HP Board 11th Registration Form 2023: The HP Board 11th Registration Form process will start in June after the declaration of the class 10th result. The HP Board 11th Application Form 2023 will be available on the official website of the Himachal Pradesh Board of School Education.
Himachal Pradesh Board 11th Registration Form Process:
- Form Feeding: This option is available for the students to fill the Himachal Pradesh Board 11th Registration Form online. Here applicants are advised to fill in the necessary details carefully without making any mistakes.
- Data verification: This option is available to take a print of the data entered to see whether there is any mistake or not just to clear them.
- Feeding Complete: In this phase, the student has completed his/her form feeding and after this phase, the student won’t be able to perform any operation. Only complete this phase if you have successfully entered all the details correctly.
- Feel Challan Generation: A fee Challan is required to deposit the registration fee in the bank. Students can use this option to generate a voucher to deposit the fee in the bank.
- Final Submit: At this phase, all the data of the student will be submitted. In this phase, students must provide details like online fees, fee amount, transaction ID, etc.
- Print Final Data: In the final phase the student should print the final processed data. Take an A4 size printout of the complete registration form. The signature of the students should be mentioned in the registration form. The form should be attested or stamped by the respective school.
The Process to Fill HP Board 11th Registration Form 2023:
Step 01: Visit the official website of HP Board i.e. www.hpbose.org.
Step 02: Navigate the link for HP Board 11th registration admission link.
Step 03: Select the district in which the candidate is getting admission into.
Step 04: A list of schools/colleges will appear on the screen.
Step 05: Select the preferred school/college from the list.
Step 06: Enter the admit card number of the high school in the required space.
Step 07: An OTP (One Time Password) will be sent on the registered mobile number.
Step 08: Enter the OTP in the required field and save the enrollment.
Step 09: An SMS will be sent to the registered mobile number with the reporting details of the preferred college.
Step 10: Finally, the enrollment details will be updated in the Principal login.
After Himachal Board 11th Registration Form has been completed, the student must report to the principal of the school along with all the required documents. After the verification of documents, seats will be allotted to the student in the preferred branch.

Guidelines For The Verification Of Documents:
- The HP Board has developed an Online Application to apply for the Verification of academic documents and certificates from this Board. The candidates who are already registered with the HP Board, or it could be the institution registered, can verify the certificates of candidates who are registered with the HP Board through online registration by uploading the relevant documents of the candidates.
- As prescribed the board will charge a fee of Rs. 600/- for each form of verification. From time to time for verification of various certificates issued by the Board, which shall be paid through an online payment gateway, the Offline fee will not be excepted in any case. An online link for payment is available with the application.
- Important Information:

- Navigate for the Certificate of Verification.
- After clicking on the screen Agency Login/Registrar For Student Verification Page will appear on the screen.
- To Verify the Student Details, the user must click on the New Registration Link button.
- After clicking on the button, a new Registration Page will open.
- As per the mentioned labels enter the complete detail like Agency/Office/Dept. Name, Dept. Address, Pin Code, Agency Mob-No, Agency Email ID, Username, Password. After entering these details, click on the Submit button.
- Click on the already registered/login link button
- Now the Agency Login page will open. Enter the required Username and Password.
Click on ‘Add Student Detail’ and enter the required details of the Student as mentioned below:
- Enter Student Name.
- Enter Student Mobile No & Email address.
- Enter Student Roll Number
- Select Examination Type from Selection drop-down box.
- Select Academic Year from Selection drop-down box.
- Select Academic Session from Selection drop-down box.
- Select from Selection drop-down box.
- And click on the Submit details button.
- Uncheck on “Add Student Details” to display the details of students entered.
- Click on the “Pay Total Fee Amount” button for payment of Verification Fees via Credit Card/Debit Card/Net banking.
