ITM University, Gwalior Admission 2024: How to Apply, Important Dates

Application Process of ITM University Gwalior, Madhya Pradesh 2025-24:

1. Visit the official website of the university i.e itmuniversity.ac.in .

2. Then click on the tab "Admission" tab and then you will be redirected to another page, where you will see an option "Apply now". Click on the option.

3. Now you need to register yourself on the website by entering your email address, phone no. and other required details.

4. You will receive a verification code on the registered email or mobile, enter the OTP and verify yourself and set a password. Now you are registered on the website.

5. Now, Login using the same registered email address or mobile no. and password.

6. Fill out the application form and enter all the required details like name, course, age, D.O.B, etc.

7. Upload the required documents as asked in the application form in the required format.

8. Now complete the application process by paying the application fee. Please note that the application fee varies from UG, PG, and P.h.D course. The application fee for UG and PG course is Rs 1000

9. Now click on Submit and you are done with the application process.

Scholarships offered by ITM University, Gwalior

There are various merit-based and category-based scholarships offered by ITM University. Some of the scholarships are mentioned below:

• Scholarship for Military and Paramilitary Forces(10% tuition fee waiving scholarship)
• 50% tuition fee waiver scholarship if Earning member of the family passes away.
• 10% tuition fee scholarship for the student, if the real sibling is also studying in the same college
• If the Parent is working as Staff at University, the student can avail relaxation scholarship of 25% to 50% on tuition fees.
• A Chancellor Scholarship is also offered to the university students securing top-3 ranks in the 1st year examinations. The amount of scholarship is Rs 20,000 for 1 st rank holder, Rs 15,000 for the second rank holder, and Rs 10,000 for the 3-rd rank holder.
• The university approves the Scholarships offered by the Madhya Pradesh Government for ST/SC/OBC Category students of various department
•  Scholarships based on JEE Main Merit
