Eligibility Criteria For Admission to ITM University, Gwalior

Eligibility Criteria for Admission in B.Tech 

• Applicants must have a 10+2 passing certificate and at least 50% marks in the final examination (Physics, Chemistry, and Maths are mandatory subjects in 10+2)
• The candidate must have appeared in the JEE Main entrance examination conducted by CBSE.
• Admission to the B.Tech course will be based on  ITM-NEST score and score in qualifying examination followed by the counseling.
• The candidates will have to report to the allotted institute and confirm the admission after completing the verification process

Following documents are required  for the verification process at the time of counseling by the college:

1. JoSAA seat allotment letter (Provisional)
2. Three passport size photographs (the same as uploaded during registration)
3. Photo identity card
4. Proof of fee payment (seat acceptance)
5. Proof of Date of birth
6. JEE Main 2024 Admit Card
7. Class 12 Mark sheet
8. JEE Main Result/Score Card 2024
9. Category certificate (if applicable)

Eligibility Criteria for Admission in B.B.A course

• The candidate must have completed 10+2 in any stream with at least 55% marks in final examinations conducted by a recognized board.
• The University conducts the ITM NEST entrance test, to offer admissions in the BBA course, So the candidate needs to get a valid score in ITM NEST to get admission to the University.

Eligibility Criteria for Admission in B.C.A course

• The candidate must have a minimum of 50% marks in any stream with Maths as a Compulsory Subject.
• The selection of the candidates is based on the ITM NEST entrance exam conducted by the University itself.

Eligibility Criteria for Admission in M.B.A course

• Minimum 50% aggregate marks are required in 10+2 examinations.
• CMAT/MAT/XAT/ATMA/CAT qualified candidates are eligible to apply for the M.B.A course offered by ITM University.
• Candidates who have qualified for the above-mentioned entrance examinations will have to appear in a written test conducted by the University followed by a Personal Interview and group discussion.
• The candidate must have some working experience in the relevant field.

Eligibility Criteria for Admission in B.Arch course

• NATA qualified candidates are eligible to apply for admission in this course.
• Candidate must score a minimum of 50% in 10+2 examinations with Physics, Chemistry, and Maths as the main subjects.
• The seat allotment in the B.Arch course is based on the NATA score and seats are allotted during NATA counseling.

Eligibility Criteria for Admission in B.Pharm course

• Candidates must have passed 10+2 examinations with Physics, Chemistry, and Biology as main subjects.
• The selection of the candidates is based on their ITM NESTentrance exam score which is conducted by the university itself.

Eligibility Criteria for Admission in M.Tech  or Integrated M.Tech-MBA course

• A B.E/B.tech degree in the relevant field is mandatory to pursue an M.Tech course.
• The candidate needs to appear in the GATE entrance examination or ITM NEST entrance examination conducted by the University.
• GATE or ITM NEST qualified students must attend counseling sess, conduct to get admission into the M.Tech course.

Eligibility Criteria for Admission in M.C.A course

• The candidate must have completed the graduation with passing marks(at least 50%) and Maths as a mandatory subject.
• The selection will be done on the basis of the MCA-Pre Test or ITM NEST score followed by a Personal Interview round.

Eligibility Criteria for Admission in M.Pharm course

• The candidate who wants to pursue the M.Pharm course offered by ITM University must have completed graduation in B.Pharm with a minimum of 60% marks.
• Admission to the M.Pharm course is based on the ITM NEST score.

Eligibility Criteria for admission in P.h.D program

• The candidate has to appear in a written test conducted by the University.
• The candidate must acquire a Master's degree or M.Phil degree from a recognized university in a relevant field.
• For P.h.D in Engineering subjects, A valid GATE score or UGC/JRF qualification or equivalent fellowship is mandatory,

Application Process of ITM University Gwalior, Madhya Pradesh 2024-24:

1. Visit the official website of the university i.e itmuniversity.ac.in .

2. Then click on the tab "Admission" tab and then you will be redirected to another page, where you will see an option "Apply now". Click on the option.

3. Now you need to register yourself on the website by entering your email address, phone no. and other required details.

4. You will receive a verification code on the registered email or mobile, enter the OTP and verify yourself and set a password. Now you are registered on the website.

5. Now, Login using the same registered email address or mobile no. and password.

6. Fill out the application form and enter all the required details like name, course, age, D.O.B, etc.

7. Upload the required documents as asked in the application form in the required format.

8. Now complete the application process by paying the application fee. Please note that the application fee varies from UG, PG, and P.h.D course. The application fee for UG and PG course is Rs 1000

9. Now click on Submit and you are done with the application process.

Scholarships offered by ITM University, Gwalior

There are various merit-based and category-based scholarships offered by ITM University. Some of the scholarships are mentioned below:

• Scholarship for Military and Paramilitary Forces(10% tuition fee waiving scholarship)
• 50% tuition fee waiver scholarship if Earning member of the family passes away.
• 10% tuition fee scholarship for the student, if the real sibling is also studying in the same college
• If the Parent is working as Staff at University, the student can avail relaxation scholarship of 25% to 50% on tuition fees.
• A Chancellor Scholarship is also offered to the university students securing top-3 ranks in the 1st year examinations. The amount of scholarship is Rs 20,000 for 1 st rank holder, Rs 15,000 for the second rank holder, and Rs 10,000 for the 3-rd rank holder.
