Himalayan Institute of Technology and Management is one of the best engineering colleges in Lucknow. It offers a variety of courses in engineering, management, and computer application filed.

The college was established in 2008 which is approved by All India Council for Technical Education and affiliated by Gautam Budha Technical University. It was later known as Dr APJ Abdul Kaam Technical University. HIMT campus covered the 27-acre area of land.

Library	The college has a central library which has several thousands of books, journals, and newspapers. Book bank facility is also offered by the college for the whole semester
