R. R. Institute of Modern Technology was set up in the year 2008 which offers various courses in the field of engineering and management. The college is approved by All India Council for Technical Education (Ministry of HRD, Govt. of India) and affiliated to Dr APJ Abdul Kalam Technical University, Lucknow (formerly known as UPTU). It has earned a huge reputation for the being the best engineering college in Lucknow.

The institute covers 20 acres of area. The infrastructure of the college is awesome with a separate office for all departments. There are highly experienced and dedicated faculty members.

They are very polite and helpful in nature. The computer lab is well equipped with the latest application software. RRIMT also has electrical, mechanical and professorial communication laboratories.

The campus has a huge seminar hall with the seating capacity of 200 peoples. It is fully air-conditioned where several international conferences, symposium, meetings, seminars, concerts, presentations and performances are organised.

A library is the backbone of any institution. RRIMT library has the total collection of around 36,822 books with approx. 5,740 numbers of titles and 150 journals (national and international). More than 300 e-journals are also available for students.
