Reserve Bank of India (RBI) Grade B Exam Date 2024 Admit Card, Answer Key, Result
The Reserve Bank Of India has released a handful of opportunities for those who dream to work with the Central Bank Of the Country. If you have also dreamt of it, then here is time for you. The RBI has announced the notification of an Application Form for Grade B Officer with a total of 199 vacancies for recruitment of Officers in Grade B (General) DR, DSIM, and DEPR. Grade B officer post is considered to be the most highly esteemed job in the country.
Every year, RBI conducts the exam for selecting Grade B Officers. Students across the country try to shine their luck in RBI.
RBI Grade B exam will be conducted in three phases:
- Preliminary
- Main exam and
- Interview Round
The online Registration for RBI Grade B will start from September 2024. The last date for submitting the online application form is October 2024.
RBI Grade B Officer exam will be conducted in two important Phases:
- Phase 1 (Preliminary) and
- Phase 2 (Mains)

Eligibility Criteria For RBI Grade B Exam 2024
The RBI has set up Eligibility Criteria for candidates to appear for the RBI Grade B exam. Candidates had to meet the following expectations:
- The candidate has to be a citizen of India.
- If not then he must be either a subject of Nepal and Bhutan or
- He must be a Tibetan refugee that is permanently settled in India before January 1962.
- To qualify RBI Exam an aspirant’s age must be between 21-30 years as of September 2024.
- Age limit for candidates with M.Phil. and Ph.D.qualifications are 32 and 34 years respectively.

Educational Qualifications For RBI Grade B Exam 2024
Grade B Officer (DR) General:
- A Bachelor's Degree with a minimum of 60% marks is compulsory as well as in the 10th&12th examination. (50% for SC/ST/PWD)
Grade B Officer (DR) DSIM:
- Should hold a Master’s Degree in Statistics/ Mathematical Statistics/ Mathematical Economics/Mathematics/ Econometrics/ Statistics & Informatics with an aggregate 55% of the marks. (5% Relaxation SC/ST/PWD candidates)
Grade B Officer (DR) DEPR:
Should hold a Master’s Degree in Statistics/Mathematical Economics/ Mathematics/Mathematical Statistics/Statistics & Informatics/Econometrics from IIT-Kharagpur or Applied Statistics & Informatics from IIT-Bombay with minimum 55% marks
Or
Post Graduate Diploma in Business Analytics (PGDBA) with a minimum of 55% marks. (50% for SC/ST/PWD)

Apply Online For RBI Grade B 2024
To make a registration for RBI Grade B Exam, the candidate is required to fill the application form online from the official website of RBI. Here are the steps that you can follow to apply online for RBI Grade B:
- Visit the official website of RBI rbi.org.in.
- Click on the ‘opportunities section’.
- After clicking on it, a new tab will appear on your screen, now click on the ‘current vacancies section’.
- Now click the "RBI Officer Grade B Recruitment 2024" link.
- Now, click on the link called "Application Form".
- A new tab will be opened asking for your registration
- Now, click the link for New Registration.
- Carefully fill-up the form with the details required.
- Attest your signature image & scanned and upload your photograph in the form.
- Carefully read all the information which you have filled in, now click the Submit button,
- The application fee is required to pay online-debit/credit card or net banking.
- Take an e-print of the receipt.
