IBPS PO Eligibility Criteria

Nationality/Citizenship: Any aspirant who is a citizen of India or a subject of Nepal/ Bhutan is eligible to sit for IBPS PO banking exam. Also, the candidates who are Tibetan Refugees and who came to India before January 1, 1962 are eligible for IBPS PO banking exam.

In addition to this, people of Indian origin who migrated from Pakistan/ Burma/ Sri Lanka/ Kenya/ Uganda/ the United Republic of Tanzania/ Zambia/ Malawi/ Zaire/ Ethiopia/ Vietnam with the planning of permanently settling down in India are also eligible to appear for the exam.

  • Age: The aspirant must be in between 20 to 30 years. Age relaxation of five, three and ten years is given to SC/ ST, OBC (non-creamy layer), and PwD candidates.

IBPS SO Eligibility Criteria
