Eligibility Criteria: Oil India 2024 Recruitment

Before applying to the post of Junior Assistant, candidates should check the eligibility criteria for a particular job.

• Applicants should have passed 10+2 in any stream from a Govt. Recognized Board/University. 
• Candidates should have a minimum of 06 (six) months Diploma/Certificate in Computer Application and should be fully conversant with MS Excel, MS Word, MS Powerpoint, etc.. 

Age Limit for Oil India 2024 Recruitment

Pay & Allowances:

• Apart from the Basic Pay and Industrial pattern of DA, the other allowances/benefits include HRA/Medical Facilities/Gratuity/PF, etc. as per Company Rules.

Concession & Relaxations:

• Candidates who belong to the reserved category are exempted from payment of the application fee.
• A candidate who fulfills the eligibility criteria and belongs to SC/ST/PWD category, he/she shall be reimbursed 2nd class Rail/Bus fare by the shortest route on production of tickets as per terms and conditions.

Selection Procedure:

Stage 1: Written Test

Stage 2: Computer Operator Skill Test

• Candidates who have successfully submitted their application form will be invited for stage 1 and stage 2 tests. 
• Applicants should be obtained at least 50% marks in the Written test to qualify for COST. 
• Candidates will be shortlisted on the basis of merit or reservation criteria.

Exam Pattern for Stage 1st Written Test:

• The question paper will comprise objective type questions and answers will be available in OMR type.

The pattern of Computer Operation Skill Test (COST):

• Through COST, knowledge of MS Word, MS Excel, and MS Powerpoint will be judged. 
• Candidates should have obtained at least 50% marks in COST.  

Medical Fitness/Pre Employment Medical Examination(PEME):

• The candidate should fulfill the medical fitness criteria as per government and Oil India Limited Rules. 

Document Verification:

• Qualified candidates have to bring the required documents at the time of the Pre-Employment  Medical Examination (PEME).  
• During the selection process at any stage, if any discrepancy is found then the authority will discard the application of candidates.

•  On the homepage of the portal, reach the main menu, and click on the “Careers” tab. 
• There will be many options available in the dropdown menu. You need to click only on the “Current Openings” tab.
