The institute was formed in the year 1998. It has been accredited as an A-grade institution by NAAC. IMS, Noida is affiliated with Chaudhary Charan Singh University, Meerut.

This educational institution has received approval from both UGE as well as AICTE. Generally, MCA courses have a duration of 3 years but IMS offers a 2-year long MCA course.

The individual applying for MCA in IMS, Noida must have completed his or her graduation in BCA or some other discipline.
