Educational Qualifications
- Candidates must have a Bachelor's degree in the relevant discipline from a university or institution recognized by the government.
- Candidates must have proficiency in reading, writing, and speaking the Odia language fluently.
- Candidates must have completed the Middle School Exam with Odia as a language subject, OR
- Candidates must have successfully cleared the HSC or equivalent exam with Odia as the medium of examination in non-language subjects, OR
- Candidates must have attained a passing grade in Odia language subject in the final examination of class 7 or above from a school or institution recognized by the Odisha or Central Government, OR
- Candidates must have completed an Odia test conducted by the School & Mass Education Department, Government of Odisha, at the Middle English School standard.
- Candidates must have proficiency in computer skills, including Internet usage, Email, Word processing, data analysis, and presentation.
