JEECUP Exam 2024:

The JEECUP Exam (Joint Entrance Examination Council Uttar Pradesh) is the State Level entrance exam which is conducted by the Joint Entrance Examination Council, Uttar Pradesh once in a year. JEECUP Exam is also known as UPJEE (UP Polytechnic). JEECUP Exam is conducted for the candidates to get admission into the Engineering, Technology, Pharmacy, and Other Diploma Courses in the state of Uttar Pradesh. The candidates who will qualify for the JEECUP Exam 2024 will be given admission into the various Professional Polytechnic Colleges/ Institutions across the Uttar Pradesh State which will be associated with the Board of Technical Education, Uttar Pradesh.

Joint Entrance Examination Council Uttar Pradesh [JEECUP] is a State-level Entrance Exam which is organized by the Uttar Pradesh Board of Technical Education [UPBTE]. The purpose of this entrance exam is to take admission of the candidates into Diploma, PG Diploma, and Post Diploma courses in the area of Engineering & Technology, Pharmacy, and Management.

Earlier JEECUP was known as the Uttar Pradesh Joint Entrance Examination [UPJEE]. It is also acknowledged as the UP Polytechnic exam.

About UPBTE: The State Board of Technical Education and Training was set up in May 1958. The first examination was organized for the Diploma level course and also for the Draughtsman Certificate Course in 1960. After that, the State Board of Technical Education was renamed as Uttar Pradesh Board of Technical Education [UPBTE] in the year 1962.

Conducting Body: Uttar Pradesh Board of Technical Education [UPBTE] organizes the JEECUP Exam annually.

Level of the Exam: JEECUP Exam is a State-level Entrance Examination that is conducted for the students to take admission into various diploma courses in the state of Uttar Pradesh.

Exam Date & Mode: JEECUP Exam will be conducted in the fourth week of April 2024 through the offline mode, i.e. Pen and Paper-based Test (PBT).

JEECUP Exam Application Form

One of the most important procedures for the students to appear in the JEECUP Exam is to fill the JEECUP Exam Application Form. The JEECUP Exam Application Form needs the general information about the students along with their choices and their preferences that will be recorded in their JEECUP Exam Result and based on that details further admission process will take place.

The JEECUP Exam Application Form has been started in the month of January 2024 and end by the second week of February 2024. There is a JEECUP Exam Application Fee that the candidates have to submit in order to successfully complete the JEECUP Exam Application Form.    

JEECUP Exam Admit Card  

The JEECUP Exam Admit Card is released in the month of April 2024 once the application process is successfully completed and has ended. It is very important for the students to get their JEECUP Exam Admit Card on time. The applicants without their JEECUP Exam Admit Card will not be allowed to enter and sit for the exam. The JEECUP Exam Admit Card has some of the important guiding principles as well as some of the basic information related to the candidate. JEECUP Exam Syllabus

The JEECUP Exam Syllabus released on the official website of the jeecup and students can download it from there. The syllabus of the JEECUP Exam is related to the various subjects that the student have studied in their class 11th and 12th. The JEECUP Exam syllabus is available in the Pdf format for the students on the official website of the university. To get the JEECUP Exam Syllabus, candidates can download it in an easy manner from the official web portal of the University. JEECUP Exam Result

The JEECUP Exam Result will be released on the third week of May 2024 on the official website of the university. All the candidates can get the official notifications related to the results on the official web portal of the University. To check the JEECUP Exam Result, students have to visit the jeecup official website and then, perform the login procedure by the application id which was provided at the time of filling the JEECUP Exam Application Form. 

JEECUP Exam 2024 Eligibility Criteria:
 

The JEECUP Exam Eligibility criteria are different for all the courses like there are different eligibility criteria for PG Diploma, Diploma, and Post Diploma. The students should complete their class 10th and 12th from a recognized board or university. The qualifying marks of every course will be different as per the programs.

It is compulsory for a candidate to have a domicile of Uttar Pradesh. Also, the students who have completed their class 10th and 12th in the state of Uttar Pradesh can also apply. Given below are the extended information about the JEECUP Exam Eligibility Criteria.

Education Qualification:

Diploma: The students should pass the 10th class examination in the relevant stream with a minimum of 35% marks.

PG Diploma: The students should pass a Bachelor's Degree in the relevant stream.

Post Diploma: The students should pass Diploma in Engineering.

Age Limit: There is no upper age limit for applying in the JEECUP Exam, but the students must be at least 14 years of age.
