Documents Required at the time of Counseling:

You have to show and submit certain documents of yours at the time of the counseling session. Such documents are- 

• Attested Copies of Certificates in support of educational qualification(s).
• Print out this Result Card.
• Your recent photograph.
• Hall Ticket duly signed by the candidate and invigilator.
• Experience certificate wherever required.
• Category certificate of SC/ST/OBC candidates.
• Identity Card duly filled up.
• Demand Draft of the appropriate amount ( INR 1800/- per course) drawn in favor of IGNOU and payable at the city where your Regional Centre is located.

IGNOU Entrance Exam Result Validity:

IGNOU conducts its entrance exam every year to take admission of the candidates in any undergraduate, postgraduate, diploma, Ph.D. courses. You can apply for this entrance exam by filling the IGNOU Entrance Exam Application Form. After submitting the application form, you will get your admit card which will lead you towards the exam. Once you got selected for the entrance exam, the university will call you for the counseling session. The IGNOU Entrance Result will valid only for the same year. You can apply for your desired course once a year.
