GTET Exam Pattern 2025

GTET Exam Pattern: The Gujarat TET Exam Pattern 2025 is prescribed by the officials of the Gujarat board. The GTET Exam Pattern is in such a way that it describes the details of the Gujarat TET Exam question paper 2025. The GTET Exam Pattern will explain the subject-wise marking scheme. 

The GTET Exam Pattern 2025 is released on the official website by the Gujarat board. All the aspirants can check the exam pattern for their better and confident preparation. 

Mode of Gujarat TET Exam Pattern:

Offline: Pen-paper-based exam.

  • Candidates have to mark the answers on the OMR sheet.
  • It is advised to all the applicants to check that the seal of the OMR sheet is not broken otherwise, it will lead to a big problem.

Nature of Questions

  • The questions will be objective in nature.
  • There will be 4 choices of all the questions.
  • The duration of both the papers, i.e., paper 1 and paper 2 is 3 hours each.

GTET Exam Pattern - Highlights

  •         Paper I and Paper II have 150 questions each.
  •         Paper I has 5 sections.
  •         Paper-II has 4 sections.
  •         No optional questions will be asked. Candidates have to attempt all the questions.

GTET Exam day instructions:
  • Pen/ Pencil and blank paper sheets for rough work will be given to the candidates in the examination hall.
  • Candidates are not allowed to carry a pen/pencil in the exam hall.
  • Candidates have to write their name and roll number at the top of the paper and return that paper to the Invigilator before leaving the examination hall.
  • Diabetic candidates are allowed to carry eatable stuff like sugar tablets/fruits and transparent water bottles to the examination hall/room. However, such candidates are not allowed to carry packed foods like chocolates/candy/sandwiches, etc.
  • Candidates will have to sit on the seat that will be given to them.
  • Request for change in the Gujarat TET Exam centers will not be entertained.
  • Aspirants are allowed to appear at the allotted venue of the exam only.
  • Wearing a watch on the day of examination inside the examination hall is not allowed.
  • No candidates will be allowed to enter the examination center once the examination starts.
  • Candidates without their Gujarat TET Admit Card will not be allowed to sit in the examination.
  • Leaving the examination hall before the end time of the exam is not allowed.
Items prohibited inside the Gujarat TET Exam Centre:
  • Any type of watch such as electronic watches with a calculator, any metallic item or electronic gadgets/ devices in the examination hall/room
  • Electronic items like Mobile Phone, Ear Phone, Microphone, Pager, Calculator
  • Any piece of paper or printed material
  • Pencil/Geometry Box or any other stationary objects
  • Handbag
  • Eatables and Water (loose or packed)
  • Purse
  • Objects such as Document, Slide Ruler, Log Tables, Camera, Tape Recorder
