Banaras Hindu University BHU UG Entrance Exam is conducted to provide admission to numerous undergraduate general courses offered by the institutes which are B.A., LLB, B.Sc., and B.Com. BHU was established by the Bharat Ratna Mahamana Pandit Madan Mohan Malaviya in 1916. The university is figured out as one of the most renowned central universities in India. The university will conduct a separate Entrance Exam for both UG programmes & PG programmes, i.e. UET (Undergraduate Entrance Test) & PET (Postgraduate Entrance Test). The exam will be conducted in offline mode at 20 centres in India.

While seeking admission to the BA course the applicant must fulfill the eligibility criteria prescribed by BHU 2019.
Academic qualification: The candidate must have scored a minimum aggregate of 50% marks in class 12th or in any equivalent exam.
Age limit: The candidate should be of 22 years as on July 1, 2020, and should be born on or after 1 July 1997.
Applicants seeking admission to B.Com and allied courses must meet the eligibility criteria. Eligibility Criteria for admission to B.Com. (Hons.) and B.Com. (Hons.) Financial Markets Management.
Academic qualification: The candidate must have passed H.S.C. or equivalent exam with minimum 50% marks with economics/ mathematics/ commerce/ finance/financial markets management/computer science/vocational courses as one of the subjects. The candidate has to pass in all these subjects individually.
Age limit: The candidate should not be more than 22 years as on 1 July 2020.
The applicants seeking admission to B.Sc and allied courses need to meet the eligibility criteria stated for that program, or else they will not be considered for admission. BHU UET 2019 eligibility criteria for science stream is divided into two sub-groups - Bio Group and Maths Group, and both of them have a different set of eligibility.
