Eligibility for the BCA Entrance Exam

Candidates must qualify for the Class 10+2 exams from a recognized Board with a 50% aggregate.
Candidates must be Indian citizens.
Candidates should preferably have Maths and Computer Science as the compulsory subjects in Class 12 Boards.
Candidates who have appeared for the Higher Secondary exams are also eligible to apply for the BCA Entrance exam 2025.

Candidates have to download the Admit Card/Hall Ticket for the BCA exams from the official website. There is no other way the candidates can get the Admit Card. Candidates who have applied successfully for the BCA Entrance Exams will get their Admit Cards a few days before the exam by logging in to the official website. Candidates who cannot download the Admit Cards must inform the exam authorities immediately.

Go to the official website of the authorities.
Visit the homepage and click the “Download Admit Card” option.
Enter login details like name, date of birth, and Registration number.
Click the submit button.
Wait for some time.
The BCA Entrance Admit Card will appear on the screen.
Download the Admit Card and save it on your computer.
Take a few printouts of the Admit Card for reference.

Documents to be Carried with the BCA Entrance Admit Card 2025

Along with the Admit Card, the candidates need to carry a few documents with them to the exam hall. These documents act as the ID proof of the candidate and are used for verification purposes. Candidates must also carry recent coloured passport-size photographs with them. The photographs should preferably be the same as those on the Application Form.

1. IPU CET (Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University Common Entrance Test)

GGSIPU has released the BCA Admit Card on the official website @https://www.ipu.ac.in/cetExammainweb.php
Aspirants must download the Admit Cards as soon as it is released and check all the details mentioned in them. If there is any information discrepancy in the BCA Hall Ticket, it must be notified to the authorities immediately.

Steps to Download the Admit Card

Go to the official website.
Click on the Admission tab on the homepage.
Click on the Apply Online tab,
Enter Registration details like Login ID and Password.
Select the course.
Select the IPU CET Admit Card on a new page.
Click the link “Click here for Admit Card download”.
The BCA Entrance exam Hall Ticket will appear on the screen.
Download the Admit Card and keep it safely till the admission process.

Candidates must keep their BCA Entrance Admit Card safely until the counselling process is over. They must carry at least 2 copies of the Admit Card to the exam hall as one copy has to be handed over to the invigilator. Candidates must follow the guidelines mentioned in the Hall Ticket on the day of the exam.

2. KIITEE (Kalinga Institute of Industrial Technology Entrance Exam)

KIITEE BCA Entrance exam Admit Card has been available on the official website since July and candidates have to log in to the website to download the Admit Card. It is compulsory to bring the Admit Card to the exam hall, failing which the candidate will not be allowed to sit for the BCA Entrance exam. Along with the Hall Ticket, candidates must also carry a valid ID proof to the exam hall.

Steps to Download the Admit Card

Go to the official website of KIITEE@https://kiitee.kiit.ac.in/kiitee-2024/.
Visit the “Candidates portal'' section.
Enter login details like Date of Birth and Application Number.
Click the submit button.
Now select the KIITEE 2025 slot booking process by selecting your suitable date and time for the exams.
Book and confirm the BCA Entrance exam slot.
Your BCA Entrance Admit Card for the KIITEE exam will appear on the screen.
Download the Hall Ticket and take a printout of it for future use.

3. DSAT (Dayanand Sagar Admission Test)

DSAT Admit Card for the Bachelor of Computer Applications exam will be available on the official website after the application process is complete. Candidates can download their Exam Hall Ticket by logging in to the website. The Admit Card contains important details of the candidate and is the most important document to be carried to the exam hall. Candidates must inform the exam authorities if they find any discrepancy in the details of the Admit Card.

Steps to Download the Admit Card

Log in to the official website of DSAT using your Application number @https://www.dsu.edu.in/dsat/.
Select and click the “Download Admit Card” option.
Wait for a few seconds.
DSAT BCA Entrance exam Admit Card will appear on the screen.
Download the Hall Ticket and take a printout of it.
Keep the Admit Card safe till the admission process.

4. IUET (Integral University Entrance Test)

Candidates can download the Integral University Admit Card by logging in to the official website using their name, email ID, and date of birth. The Hall Ticket will be issued a few days before the exams and candidates can check the date and centre of the exam in the Admit Card.

Click the Admit Card link on the webpage.
Enter login details like username, date of birth, and password.
Click the submit button.
Your IUET Admit Card will appear on the screen.
Download the Admit Card and take a printout of it for future use.

Instructions printed on the BCA Entrance Admit Card 2025:

Candidates must reach the exam venue at least 45 minutes before the exam to complete all the formalities.
Candidates must carry at least 2 copies of the Admit Card to the exam hall.
Candidates must carry valid ID proof and recent passport-size photographs to the exam hall.
Candidates must follow the seating arrangement in the exam hall.
Candidates cannot carry any electronic devices to the exam hall. Example- Calculator, Mobile phones, pager, electronic watch, etc.
Candidates cannot carry any textbooks, study material, logbooks, or written material to the exam hall.
The only items that can be carried inside the exam hall include a pen, pencil, Admit Card, and Valid ID proof.
Candidates must follow the instructions of the invigilator and should be on their best behaviour.
Candidates must not leave their seats until the exam is over.
