AIIMS MBBS Registration Form 2024:-

AIIMS MBBS Exam Application Form will start in month of November 2024 till month of January 2024. Aspirants of the AIIMS MBBS Exam will have to register themselves through the online mode to apply for the AIIMS MBBS Exam 2024. All the processes of the AIIMS MBBS Application Form 2024 will be done online and the Institute will not accept application forms by post. Once the aspirants complete the basic registration for AIIMS MBBS Exam 2024, they will have to check the status of the registration. The last date for filling out the AIIMS MBBS Registration Form 2024 will be in the second week of January 2024.

After that, AIIMS will release the status of the registrations in the third week of January 2024, following which students will be able to access the correction window. Aspirants with approved registrations can go further for code generation and final registration. At this final stage, aspirants complete the AIIMS MBBS Registration Form 2024 and submit the application fee. Aspirants should keep in mind that they will not have to pay any fee for completing the basic registration in AIIMS. Final registrations for AIIMS MBBS Exam will start from the third week of February 2024 and end in the second week of March 2024.

Prospective Applicants Advanced Registration (PAAR):

AIIMS offers several courses in different disciplines; therefore it is not uncommon for a candidate to apply for more than one course at a time. SO, to minimize this problem, the PAAR facility was introduced. PAAR was introduced in the year 2024 to ease the admission process. Basically, PAAR generates a unique registration code for every student which the student from the trouble of registering separately for different courses.

How to fill the AIIMS MBBS Application Form 2024?

To submit the AIIMS MBBS Application Form 2024, applicants have to complete the four stages, namely, basic registration, the status of registration, code generation, and final registration. Candidates must, therefore, keep a track of the AIIMS MBBS Exam Important Dates to know when the above events are scheduled.

Given below is the step-by-step guide to complete the AIIMS MBBS Exam Registration 2024. Have a look.

Step 1: Generation of Registration Id

• Visit the website aiimsexams.org.
• Tap on the option “Academic courses”.
• Choose “MBBS”
• Click on the “Proceed” option.
• After that, the aspirant will be redirected to the PAAR – Basic registration page.
• In the new basic registration zone, choose “Click here for new basic registration”.
• Read all the instructions carefully and click on the “Proceed” option.
• After that, the basic Registration form will open up on the screen.
• Fill in all your details in the relevant boxes.
• Ensure that all the details are correct otherwise it won’t be changed past this stage.
• Mark the checkbox after going through the declaration.
• Tap on “Generate registration Id and password”.
• System-generated registration Id will get displayed on your device screen.
• Candidates must note down their AIIMS registration Id.
• After that, the candidates will receive their registration Id and password on their registered mobile number and Email Id.
• Now, click “Ok” to proceed to the next step.

Step 2: Uploading images

• By proceeding to step 2, the candidates will be redirected to PAAR – Basic registration page.
• This time candidates have to use the applicant login zone.
• Login to the page accessing the registration Id and password.
• A pre-filled form will appear on your device screen.
• Check all your details and then, click on “Proceed” to continue.
• To edit your details click “Edit”, then make the desired corrections and click on “Proceed”.
• Upload your photograph and mark the checkboxes before clicking the “I agree” option.
• Repeat the same process for uploading your signature and thumb impression.
• Go through the declaration carefully.
• Hit on the “Submit” option.
• After that, the registration form will open up on your device screen.
• Candidates must save and print this page for future use.

Step 3: Checking the status of the basic registration of AIIMS and making changes if required

• Log in to the page using the applicant login zone.
• Look for the status of the basic registration (accepted/ rejected).
• Move toward the code generation if the registration has been accepted successfully.
• If the AIIMS registration has been rejected, the candidates can resubmit the AIIMS MBBS Application Form using the correction window.
• The information or detail which caused the rejection will be marked in red.
• The candidates can change the fields that are marked in red (details prefilled and which are marked in grey cannot be changed).
• After correcting the application form, check the AIIMS MBBS Application Form once again.
• Tap on the “submit” option.
• After that, the candidates will be redirected to the confirmation page.

Step 4: Code generation for final AIIMS Registration

• Candidates whose basic registration has been accepted can move forward to the final stage of the AIIMS MBBS Exam Application Form.

Steps for generating the code for final registration is given below:

• Login using the AIIMS registration Id and password.
• Tap on the “Generate Unique Code” option.
• Select the desired course from the drop-down list.
• Verify the details that are mentioned on the screen.
• Hit the “Generate” option.
• Note down the system-generated code or Registration Unique Code (RUC).

Step 5: Final Registration

• Visit the official website of AIIMS.
• Login using the AIIMS registration Id, RUC, and password.
• After that, a pre-filled application form will appear on the screen.
• Click on the “Proceed to Step 4” option.
• Select the medium of the examination.
• Write the details of the 10+2 or equivalent.
• Tap “Proceed to Step 5”.
• Select the desired mode of payment.
• Submit the AIIMS application fee.
• Now, save and print the payment receipt.
• Tap on the “Proceed to Step 6” option.
• Select the preferred exam center from the drop-down list.
• Now, Proceed to Step 7.
• After that, save and print the application form of AIIMS.
• AIIMS MBBS Exam Registration Form 2024 is now complete.

↪ Step 3:-

• After this, the candidate has to fill in all the mandatory qualification details.

➤ Qualification Details:- Qualifying exam, Class 12 roll number, the status of the qualifying exam, board name, scoring scheme, state name, exam passed, marks obtained, maximum marks, and percentage.

➤ Address details: Address, state, city, country, pin code and click on the next step.

↪ Step 4:-

• After filling in the application details, candidates will be steered to a new window to pay the application fee.
• Rs. 1,500 for general and OBC candidates.
• Rs. 1,200 for SC/ST including the transaction charges.
• PWD category candidates are exempted from paying the application fee.

↪ Step 5:-

Candidates have to choose the exam city of their choice. The portal will show real-time seat availability i.e. the city and seats available at the time of filling the AIIMS MBBS 2024 application form.

↪ Step 6:-

• After the completion of all these processes, the last step is to take a printout of the duly filled application form of AIIMS MBBS 2024.
• Now, click on ‘Proceed’ to see the duly filled application form.
• If anyone wants to edit any details, click on the ‘Back’ button. Otherwise, click on the final “Submit” button given at the bottom of the screen.
• After this, an acknowledgment email will be sent from AIIMS on the registered email ID of the candidate after the successful submission of the application form.

Application Form Correction:-

If there is any correction in the form then, the university provides a correctional facility. Once the form gets submitted, the amendment will not be allowed in fields like Name, Date of Birth, Category, and Exam Center.

The rectification in other fields is only allowed before the last date of registration. The correction fields are Father’s Name, Mother’s Name, Nationality, Gender, Marital status, etc. Correction in uploading of the images will not be permitted.
