AIBE Exam 2026 Eligibility Criteria

Candidates must check out the eligibility criteria before filling out the AIBE 2026 application form and verify if they’re eligible or not. If any candidate doesn't fit into the eligibility requirements, then his/her form will be declined. Eligibility criteria as per educational qualification are as follows : 

Educational Qualification

Candidates applying for AIBE XVIII (18) must have completed their 3-year LLB or 5-year LLB program from an institute recognized by the BCI. Candidates must have completed their graduate program after July 1, 2015.

Important Points 

• You must pass the AIBE Exam 2026 within two years of completing your diploma.
• If this does not happen within two years after graduation, you will be required to re-register/enroll with the state bar council to take the AIBE exam.
