Manipur Board 9th Exam 2025: Manipur Board Class 9th Exam and 10th Exam are conducted by the Board of Secondary Education, Manipur. This board was established in 1972. The head office of the Board is located at Ministerial Block, Imphal. The BSEM is a state board and makes a constant effort to provide the best education to the students of Manipur. It has regulated the CCE pattern to the education system to match with the latest study pattern.

The Board regulates classes from 1st to 10th but it conducts public exams only for the 10th class. Earlier higher secondary classes are also regulated by the BSEM. But now it is conducted by the Council Of Higher Secondary Education, Manipur (COHSEM).

The syllabus of the primary classes is generally low as compared to the secondary classes (Class 9th and 10th). This is because the syllabus of the 9th class is designed to prepare you for more complicated things in higher education. Manipur Board 9th Compartment Exams/HSLC Compartmental Exam:

Manipur Board also allows the compartmental exam for the 9th class, and the school authority conducts the compartment exam. The syllabus and pattern for the exam remain the same. Compartment exams are held after the main exam. Manipur board does not conduct the supplementary exam for the 9th class because the main exam is conducted by the school authority. So, supplementary exams are also conducted by the same school authority.

Compartmental exams have great importance in high school and intermediate Classes because it gives you another opportunity to qualify for the exam without wasting the whole year. But it is not necessary that students can not fail in other classes. So you can also apply for the compartment/improvement exams in the 9th and 11th classes.

Before sitting in the supplementary exam you have to fill the supplementary exam registration form and submit a fee. Then you will get the admit card for the exam. The registration form for supplementary exams is available after the result of the main exam is declared.
