Admission for the year 2024 at Sikkim Manipal University is merit-based. Candidates will be required to fill up the online form. Details of admission 2024 at the university have been mentioned below:  

Students are required to fill out the inquiry form for a call back from the counselors. All admissions continue to take place directly at the Directorate of Distance Education, Sikkim Manipal University, Gangtok. 

• Admission Notification- The beginning of the session will be notified on the University website
• Applicants can request admission information on the University website www.smude.edu.in  
• Applicants will be counseled on the submission of requests on the website
• Fill up the Application forms generated by the University counselors by entering basic details like: 
• First Name- Enter your First name, which should be the same as mentioned in the eligibility documents.
• Last Name - Enter the last name. If there is no middle/last name enter a dot in this field.
• Mobile–Enter a valid mobile number. Important information will be sent through SMS to this number.
• Email ID- Enter a valid email ID. The university will send all important communication/notifications to this email ID.
• City – Choose the City of your residence.
• Course - Select the correct Program that you intend to apply.
• Date of Birth- Enter the Date of Birth (as mentioned in the Matriculation (10th) certificate or Birth certificate).
• Benefit Category – Choose the appropriate benefit category, if the candidate is eligible. The supporting documents in support of the same are required to be uploaded. Re-verify all the above details and click the “Proceed” button. The application number will be displayed on the screen.
