One of such reputed and best academy names - is Inderprastha Engineering College (IPEC) which was established in 2000 as a self-financed foundation to cater to the requirements of technical education in the NCR regions of UP.

This institution is approved by the All India Council of Technical Education (AICTE) and affiliated with Dr. APJ Abdul Kalam Technical University (formerly known as Uttar Pradesh Technical University), Lucknow.

IPEC is the Symbol of excellence, an ISO 9001:2008 certified institute that has constantly managed to attain a rank in the list of top 10 best engineering colleges, UP. It offers many courses like Undergraduate degree (B.Tech) in six streams of engineering.

This organization also includes Post-graduate (M.tech) in three streams to meet the wide-ranging ambitions of its strength of 3600 students.

A strong collection of CDs screening the early programs, Industrial & IT directories are also available.

The college has developed an entirely computerized library using IPEC Soft software and a barcoding system.
