UP Basic Education Board conducts a state-level exam for the selection of teachers. This exam is known as the Assistant Teachers exam or Super TET. The full form of Super TET is Super Teachers Eligibility Test. This exam is a must to become a teacher in a government school to teach primary and secondary classes. Super TET is conducted once a year in the month of January (Tein ntative).
Candidates need to qualify UPTET or CTET to apply for Super TET. So, this is a second exam after the UP TET of CTET. The exam is an offline mode. It means the exam is pen and paper-based. The question paper has 150 MCQ questions carrying 1 mark each. The question paper is available in both English and Hindi. So, students can choose any language according to their preference.
The mode of application is online. Aspiring candidates can only apply through the official website of the conducting authority.
