  2. Attach a copy of final year grade card with migration form.
  3. Get endorsement from concerned Head Of The Department (HOD) in the form (at university admin office). 
  4. Contact university admin section personal for E - Gov. entry for migration certificate. 
  5. Pay the fees to account section in admin.
  6. Submit the form to the academic section in admin.
  7. Now you can obtain migration certificate.

How to Generate and Verify the CSJM Migration Certificate

Step 2.  Then click on the link given on the homepage of the website i.e.,  “Online Application for Migration”.

Step 3. Enter your registration number and transaction number. 

Step 4. Now click on the ‘submit’ option. 

Step 5. Then a Serial number will be generated.  

Step 6. To verify for migration certificate,  enter that serial number in the given box which is generated.

Step 7. Then click on the ‘Generate Report’.

Note: This is the procedure for both generating a Regular Migration Certificate and generating a Semester / Annual Migration Certificate.  

CSJM Migration Form Payment Verification through Debit / Credit card

  1. Enter your registration number in the box.
  2. Then click on the verify payment option.
  3. On the next option is given below on the homepage of the university website i.e., Candidate name and Father's name.
  4. Enter your name and father's name.
  5. Now click on the ‘search’ button.
