The candidate needs to score at least 55% aggregate marks in their 10+2 board examinations and must have opted for Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics as major subjects in 10+2.
If the candidate has done a 3-year Diploma in Engineering from an AICTE-recognized college and has obtained at least 55% marks in the same then he is also eligible to apply for B.Tech admission in JMI, Delhi.
The candidate also needs to appear in JEE-Main Paper -I because the university selects the students on the basis of their JEE-Main scores only.
After submitting your admission application the candidate has to wait for the release of the rank list by the university. Students with their names on the rank list will be called for admission or counselling round by JMI.
J.C. Bose University of Science and Technology
For Admission to YMCA, The candidate must score at least 45% marks in 10+2 board examinations with Physics & Mathematics and any one of Chemistry/ Biotechnology/ Biology/ Technical Vocational subjects with a minimum of 45% aggregate marks in these subjects.
The eligible candidates can fill out the application form on the official website of the university. Please note that the admissions will be solely based on the candidate's JEE Main score and 10+2 scores.
On the basis of the JEE-Mains scores and 10+2 board performance, the university will prepare a merit list.
The candidates mentioned on the merit list will be called for the HSTES counselling round. The final seat allotment and admissions will be based on the HSTES Counselling.
Indian Institute of Technology, Delhi
The candidate requires a minimum 75% aggregate score in 10+2 board examinations with Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics as main subjects. If the candidate belongs to SC/ST category then he/she will require only 65% marks in the board examination.
Like all other IITs, admission to IIT Delhi is also based on the JEE-Advance rank which means the candidate has to appear in the JEE-Main rank and obtain a rank between 1 to 2,50,000 and 75% marks in 10+2. Then he/she will be eligible to appear in JEE-Advanced.
JoSAA will declare a JEE-Advanced cut-off (rank) list on the basis of which the admissions will be provided to the candidates. If you fulfil the JoSAA cut-off criteria, then you will have to appear in JosAA counselling. The seat allotment to IIT Delhi and other IITs will be done on the basis of the counselling.
Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University
The candidates who want to get admission to the State university- Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University popularly known as IP University need to appear in the JEE-Mains entrance examination.
Because IPU offers admissions on the basis of the JEE-Mains entrance exam only. Please note that, according to the university's B.Tech eligibility criteria, the candidate also needs to score a minimum of 55% aggregate in 10+2 with Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics, and English as mandatory subjects.
For admissions, the candidates have to fill out the online application form. The university will prepare a cut-off list, the candidates who are eligible according to the cut-off list can then appear in Round 1, Round 2, and Round 3 of counselling, based on their cut-off rank/score.
The final seat allotment will be done during the counselling rounds and the admission process will be completed only after the fee submission.
St. Andrews Institute of Management, Gurgaon
The minimum eligibility criteria for B.Tech admissions in this college is 45% aggregate marks in 10+2 with Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics as main subjects.
In St. Andrews, 25% of seats are filled directly on the basis of marks in 10+2, 25% are filled on the basis of the written test conducted by the institute (known as SAJEE), and a personal interview followed by counselling.
The rest of the 50% of seats are allocated on the basis of JEE-Mains scores.
Galgotias University
To get admission to Galgotias University, the candidates must appear in the university-level entrance test GEEE along with a minimum of 50% aggregate marks in Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics.
The minimum eligibility criteria to apply for the B.Tech admission is 60% aggregate marks in 10+2 with PCM as mandatory subjects with a minimum 40 percentile or up to 5 Lakh rank in JEE Mains.
Netaji Subhas Institute of Technology
To apply for admission to NSUT, Delhi, It is mandatory to score a minimum of 75% aggregate marks in the 10+2 board examination with Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics as the main subjects.
The university selects the students on the basis of the marks or rank secured by the candidate in the JEE-Mains entrance exam. The final selection, seat allotment, and admission are done after the successful completion of JAC Delhi Counselling.
