RRC ECR Recruitment 2024

Railway Recruitment Cell, East Central Railway (RRC ECR), has declared the RRC ECR Recruitment 2024 drive for different trainee posts across various disciplines. The recruitment aims to recruit a total of 1832 positions for beginner Training under the Apprentices Act, of 1961, in various trades.

RRC-ECR Application Fees

Candidates have to pay a particular application fee to finish the RRC-ECR Exam 2024 online application process. The category-wise application fees are as follows :  

Candidates are bound to pay an application fee of Rs. 100, which is non-refundable. Only online payments will be approved throughout the online application process. The application fee is free of cost for women applicants and candidates who fall under the SC, ST, or PwD categories.

RRC-ECR Eligibility Criteria

Before applying for the RRC-ECR Exam 2024, candidates must check out the eligibility criteria to verify whether they are eligible or not. If candidates do not meet the eligibility criteria as mentioned in the notification pdf, then their application will not be considered. The eligibility criteria in the form of educational qualification and age limit are as follows : 

RRC-ECR Age limit 

Candidates must be at least 15 years old and should not have exceeded 24 years of age as of January 1, 2024. The upper RRC ECR Age Limit is bound to relaxation for specified categories, as mentioned in the official notification.

RRC-ECR Educational qualification

Candidates must have successfully completed the 10th class examination or its equivalent with a minimum of 50% marks in total from a recognized Board. Candidates should own an ITI in the relevant trade, which consists of either a National Trade Certificate in the notified trade approved by the National Council for Vocational Training or a Provisional Certificate provided by the National Council for Vocational Training/State Council for Vocational Training.

RRC-ECR Application form 

Eligible aspirants who are applying can apply online for RRC-ECR Exam 2024 via the official website of RRC-ECR by keeping in mind the following steps. Candidates must visit the official website to fill in their Application Form. Candidates should read the official notification once before filling out the form.

• Complete the registration process by entering the required details, such as your Name, Date of Birth (DOB), email ID, and Password.
• After completing the registration, you will get your User ID and Password.
• Log in to your account using the given login information.
• Start completing the application form by providing all the necessary information, including personal details.
• Make sure you have the required scanned documents ready in the suggested format for uploading.
• Pay the online application fee according to your category, and make sure to take out a printout of the filled-out form for future reference.

RRC-ECR Admit Card 

According to the official notification, the RRC-ECR Admit Card 2024 will be available for download via its official website. Candidates who will complete their RRC-ECR Online Application Process can download the admit card once announced on the website.

In other words, your admit card will be visible on the website only if you have successfully and correctly filled out and submitted the online application form. The RRC-ECR admit card will be released by the exam conducting authority.

Carrying a valid RRC-ECR admit card is important for all the applying candidates to appear in the exam. Any candidate will not be allowed to sit in the exam without the Admit Card. The exam conducting authority will release the Admit card before the date of the examination.

Steps to Download the Admit Card

• Visit the official website of the exam conducting authority ie. https://www.rrcecr.gov.in/
• Next, explore the website's homepage. There, you will see a menu with the most recent notifications displayed.
• Find the notification that is displaying "Download RRC-ECR Admit Card 2024"
• They will then ask you to log in using the submitted credentials. After completing the required fields, click the submit button.
• Now, your RRC-ECR Admit card will appear on the screen, you have to download the admit card.
• After downloading your admit card, don't forget to take one or two printouts of the admit card.

RRC-ECR Answer Key

Any state or national examination answer key is made available after the test. The answer key is made available to candidates after the exam in order to give them an idea of what to expect from their marks. The answer key for each subject will be released separately.

The answer key will be released on the official website i.e., https://www.rrcecr.gov.in/ after the examination. The candidates will be able to examine their marks and determine the correct response with the aid of this. The candidates are given a chance to raise objections if they find any query.
