This company laid its foundation in 1974 and since then has been working in providing its services to the “producers” of the nation.   It is the largest government-owned fertilizer producer in India.

Management Trainee (F&A)	Bachelor's Degree in CA/ICWA/ CMA from the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India / The Institute of Cost Accountants of India
Management Trainee (Law)	Full-Time Bachelor’s Degree in Law with minimum 60% marks (50% for SC/ST/PwBD) 05 years integrated full-time LLB or BL Degree with minimum 60% marks (50% for SC/ST/PwBD) from college/ university approved by Bar Council of India.

• Among the varied vacancies, choose your desired post ( keep in mind the eligibility criteria). Click on the “Apply Now” button and register yourself by giving in your personal information, valid email ID, valid mobile number, and application fee according to the category.

NFL Selection Process

The selection process for the different posts is as follows: 

Accounts Assistant

• Offline OMR-Based Examination: The NFL will conduct an Offline OMR-Based examination to enroll aspirants for 89 vacancies. The examination will be based on two fundamentals, Discipline Related and Aptitude Related. 
• Final Selection A merit list of qualified candidates will be constructed on the basis of the candidate’s secured marks in the Offline OMR Based Examination and there will be no interview rounds. 

Management Trainees 

• Offline OMR-Based Examination: The NFL will conduct an Offline OMR-Based examination to enroll aspirants for 89 vacancies. The examination will be based on two fundamentals, Discipline Related and Aptitude Related. 
• Personal Interview: The Offline OMR-Based Examination will be followed by personal interview rounds. 
• Final Selection A merit list of qualified candidates will be constructed on the basis of the candidate’s secured marks in the Offline OMR Based Examination and the personal interview round.
